This is a delightful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath town house with serene views of The Atlantic Dunes Course and live oaks draped with Spanish moss. The spacious entry and living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, one upholstered chair, a large flat screen TV (Roku Only), a desk, and sliders that show off the views and lead to the back patio. There you will find 6 wicker chairs, tables, a gas grill, and even a play area on the lawn.

The dining area adjacent to the living area also hassliders to the back patio and perfect for enjoying the views during mealtime. There is a table with 6 chairs and 2 stools are provided at the breakfast bar. The opening to the white kitchen with Corian counters allows for easy serving. There is a laundry room and a convenient half bath on the first floor as well.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms all with a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a king bed with chocolate, green, and tan bedding, a private balcony with golf views, and a flat screen TV.
