The property was very well maintained and we really appreciated how easy it was to check in and get settled. We spent many days hanging out by the pool and walking to the beach. It was the perfect vacation for our family.

Great vacation. Accommodations were perfect. Was worried about it being far from the beach but it wasn’t far at all. I could leave for the beach a little after 9:00 am, take tent to beach to claim our spot and be back at the condo by 9:25 am. Nice being within walking distance of Coligny too.

This place was perfect for our family. We loved being right by the pool! The walk to the beach was further than expected especially with hauling an 8 month old so we just parked at Coligny beach parking lot. The beach chairs were great!

We really enjoyed our time. Not a very far walk to the beach, the kids enjoyed the pool. Clean, comfortable, and no issues while we were there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place that is totally updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It has a nice back patio with table/chairs with the pool entrance only a few steps from the patio. On the front patio there is a Storage box that contains new beach chairs and a wagon for use and a bike rack if you bring/rent bikes. We Rented Bikes from the place in front of Holiday Inn Express. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza (figured out a short cut by walking past the pool to the other side of the complex - turn left at the parking lot and then right at the entrance). We will definitely book this place again.

Our stay was lovely! The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean and well appointed. A few more plastic dishes and cups would have been helpful for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach was doable, even with a two year old. We did drive to the three 15 minute parking spaces by the Seaside Villas/beach access and dropped people and beach supplies off a few times too. Having the pool outside our patio was also so convenient. We had a great time at the beach and love HHI. Thank you for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!

The condo is well sized and the area is quiet. We could walk to the giant playground in minutes and the beach within a few more. We bought a few more kid friendly items for the kitchen and needed some blankets. The bikes were not included with the condo like the images indicated. So we had to sort out more activities. Overall great!

We had a great time on our family vacation! Location was great, the condo was clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely pick this location again!

The dishes were dirty and so was the bedding upstairs. We just ran the dishwasher and washed the sheets when we got in. Location was great and the courtyard was wonderful with kids and access to the beach. Would stay again!

Overall, great stay. The unit was clean and was a great fit for our party, 4 adults/2 kids. Pool was the best amenity, only steps away and very nice. Beach was a 10 min. Walk which was a bit too much for my elderly parents, but fine for adults and kids. Bikes and beach chairs/wagon was also nice. Overall, great stay and we hope to return again!
