4355 Windswept: Beautiful Lagoon Views and Only a 3 Minute Walk to the Beach

The condo had all the basic items needed for cooking. No having anyone above or below is was great. Place was nice and clean. Good views of the lagoon.

Yes, she was very responsive in text communications. It was great to be at Kiawah in the off season — and in mild weather.

It was a nice facility and adequate for our visit.The stairs were a little much for our older guests but we managed fine. Everyone was 70 or older! My wife and I have been to Kiawah before and brought our bikes and rode many miles around the island. The beach was close as well and the lagoon provided wildlife to watch and enjoy.

The location was very close to the beach. The view from the decks were beautiful, including an Osprey nest. Easy communication with owner.

4355 Windswept is a great location. It’s just a short walk to the beach. It has a nice view of the lagoon. My son and his family stayed on this property and enjoyed the lagoon view. The property is very nice, and they would enjoy staying there again.

We’ve stayed at Kiawah many times in different homes and villas. This Windswept Villa was our first time staying at Windswept. It offers great views and close proximity to the beach. The accommodations were comfortable and nice.

Cathy’s rental is great! Very clean, well appointed and so comfortable. The location is great, with beautiful views. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was perfect for a relaxing time off the beaten path in a holiday week. Had a daily visit from the resident alligator and an eagle that used to catch fish in the pond and fly up to our tree to consume it. The beach was a short walk and quite clean and not crowded.

What a perfect location! 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to The Nest, and bike/walking paths everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days of R and R. Great decks — morning sun and afternoon shade. Living space was comfortable as were the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed!

Very clean and everything we needed

Short of staying oceanfront, this is very close to the beach! Host is great and addressed a minor issue very quickly! Beautiful and comfortable beach house with everything you need - not too flashy but just right. 10/10 highly recommend. And if you’re lucky the resident Osprey hawk will join you for coffee or cocktails by the deck.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We had 3 generations staying together and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space was a nice bonus and the beach just a short walk away. Would gladly book this place again.
