417 Forest Beach Villa Large Pool/Tennis/Pickleball Courts

This condo is in the perfect spot to get to awesome restaurants, the jazz corner, cowboy brazilian and the beaches. It is clean and it has everything you need to relax in a cozy space.

One of the best properties I have stayed in at this condo complex. As a single traveler, its hard to find places that arent too big/too expensive. As a flight attendant, whoblives in hotels room, this felt like a super upgraded hotel room. And was actually cheaper than the basic hotel rooms in the same area. Iblove that I get access to a full fridge, microwave, (stove that i never use- there are too many amazing local restaurants around for me to wantbto cook), and a washer/dryer for half the price of a hotel room. Things that I rate on my travels are: AC 5/5 - I could keep the room cool to my liking and there was no override that kept me sweating at night like at many places Ive stayed. Shower 5/5 - super hot and strong which makes for an excellent relaxing shower. Bed 5/5 super comfy, i didnt want to get up some mornings. Darkness 3/5 - If I had one thing to change about the experience, it would be the room doesnt get dark enough at night because the pool lights and parking lot lights dont turn off (this was my first time staying poolside in 10 years). However I carry an eye mask and a black sheet to hang up for such issues and i just used those. The unit was super clean and welcoming when I came in. I've been vacationing in HHI for 24 years now so I generally do not need to contact owners, but based on the minimal communication I had I can tell Meredith is a great person to rent from. This is probably my number 1 choice for a unit in this building now.

The location overlooking the pool and cleanliness of this property are excellent. The storage, however, is lacking if you plan to stay for more than a couple of days. There were only 2 of us and I can’t imagine if 3 or 4 people were trying to stay. No closet, just a small armoire with one drawer to hold our clothes for the week. There is a shoe cabinet by the front door but it is broken. The kitchen also offers no storage for groceries. Everything had to pile on top of the refrigerator. Instead of floating shelves, cabinets should’ve been over the refrigerator, etc. When we arrived, the mini split a/c unit was leaking badly and had drenched the kitchen counters and soaked the cushions on the barstool. The maintenance technician wasn’t available until the next day so we listened to drip-drip into a stainless pot through the night as this is a studio. Fortunately it was still cooling the unit. There was a two part shower head in the bathroom but the hand held had broken away from the wall. The rug over the carpet in the living room kept shifting, constantly causing a tripping hazard. This unit would benefit by adding end tables with storage in the living room. We would stay at Forrest Villas again for it’s great location but not in this unit.

Just a quick stay to visit family. Very basic unit if that is all you are looking for.

This is a very beautifully decorated condo in walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, and Coligny Park. My family stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and we never moved our car. We were able to walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza where there was plenty food and shopping. The only small thing was that we couldn't figure out how to work the television but we made due with our phone and tablets. Also, Meredith was very responsive so I know I could have just reached out to her as well. This was one of the best trips for my family!

We often spend my wife's birthday on Hilton Head around St. Patrick's Day. We have stayed on properties around Hilton Head for many years and I must say this property is by far the best we have experienced. Place is extremely clean and very cozy. Many modern upgrades and beautifully decorated. The property is quiet at night and is just across the street from the beach. Coligny Plaza is within walking distance where many restaurants are. Check in was a breeze and we had absolutely no hiccups. The unit was perfect for my wife and I. I have saved this property for future stays.
