In Moliets near the ocean and the golf course, newly renovated ground-level villa with private pool, nearby the large beach of Chênes Lièges, in a very popular residential area, le Club Royal la Prade.

In addition to the spacious living room, this beautiful house offers a partitioned dining area and a new kitchenette equipped with all the conveniences of a modern kitchen, such as induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge-freezer.

In the living room there is a new, very comfortable, large leather sofa and armchairs, glass tables, floor lamp, TV, and a small desk. Enough storage space is provided by a chest of drawers, sideboard, as well as shelves with some board games.

One bedroom is on the west side of the house and offers a 180 x 200 cm bed (including bed linen) and privately a newly renovated bathroom (including shower and towels) with bathtub (with bath and shower facilities), double washbasin and private WC in the adjoining room). The other two bedrooms face east, respectively north-east and are each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. Next to them is a newly renovated shower room with shower, washbasin. A separate toilet and a wardrobe are located in the entrance area.

There is also a small laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and three clothes drying racks.

In addition to the large, completely fenced in garden, with a play area or for relaxing with shady cork oaks, guests have access to a spacious terrace with various sunbeds and a covered dining area with a new plancha gas barbecue. The heated private swimming pool with outdoor shower is a highlight of your holiday. Fast internet is a matter of course.

Cars and bicycles can be parked in front of the house.
