In Moliets, close to the ocean and the golf course, recently renovated 4*-villa with private swimming pool (heated from mid-May to the end of September) with a garden shed for your bicycles and surfboards, close to the Chênes Lièges beach, in Club Royal La Prade - an extremely popular residential area.
Excellent for family with children and grandparents!

In addition to a spacious living room, this magnificent house offers a separate dining area and a new kitchenette equipped with all the conveniences of a modern kitchen, such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

The living room has a large, comfortable new leather sofa and armchairs, glass tables, a floor lamp, a television and a small desk. A chest of drawers, a sideboard and shelves with a few board games provide ample storage space.

One bedroom is on the west side of the house and has a 180 x 200 cm bed (including linen) and a newly refurbished bathroom (including towels and shower linen) with bath (if bath and shower are available), double washbasin and private WC in the next room.) The other two bedrooms face east and north-east and each have a 160 x 200 cm bed. Next door is a recently renovated shower room with shower and washbasin. A separate WC and cloakroom are located in the entrance hall.
There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and three tumble dryers.

In addition to the large garden that is completely fenced in, with a play area or for relaxing in the shade of the cork oaks, guests have a spacious terrace with a variety of sun loungers and a covered dining area with a new plancha gas barbecue. The private swimming pool with outdoor shower is one of the highlights of your holiday. Fast internet access is a matter of course.

Cars and bikes can be parked in front of the house.
