4 bedroom villa with private garden and swimming pool, dining including a bbq.

Property was a long way from the beach and about a mile down a track from the main road. Even though there were directions to the property, they were so difficult to navigate with so many roundabouts. It would have been far easier to have said go to Cafe Florentina when in the local area then take next left and a couple more turns. We are still waiting for the return of our deposit after two weeks. With no reason to delay the return as we left a day early and made sure the property was left absolutely clean and tidy.

There was a big family group of us staying and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious, even with 6 adults and 2 children. The village that the villa is in is a work in progress but once you are within the villa walls it is lovely! There are a few restaurants and a shop within walking distance, all friendly and reasonably priced. The villa has a great pool which everyone enjoyed! Natasha and Paul (key holders/management) where great to deal with for any problems that occurred. Nicola (owner) is a lovely lady, quick at responding to queries, and always happy to help. Very accommodating for my baby with a travel cot and highchair. A short drive into Chiclana and you are near the beach, supermarkets and tons more restaurants! If you arrive on a Sunday during high season the lidl is open until 10pm! The only thing I would say is that the place could have done with an extra little dust around before our arrival, other then that it was a clean villa.

We had a thoroughly good time in this beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean, spacious, well laid out and uncluttered. The location is a little off the beaten track but none the worse for that. Neighbouring noisy dogs were sometimes a distraction we could have done without but not enough to prevent us returning.

Pool area needs finishing fence needs repairing. Villa spacious Well equipped. Good showers plenty of hot water. 20 min walk to bars and shop. Short drive large supermarket. 30 min drive from several different beaches

A lovely villa with a gorgeous pool. Plenty of outside areas for sun or shade. Countryside but not far from wonderful beaches. A shop and restaurant nearby but plenty a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay

Well, what can I say? From beginning to end Nicola was an absolute star. She emailed me with any help that I needed and offered excellent advice regarding using local ingredients to make my wedding cake and which companies to use to hire a car. She was on hand whenever we needed her and for that we will always be grateful! She was extremely helpful when we needed to change the date and time of arrival! She even organised for a bottle of cava to be left in the villa for us to celebrate our wedding with! When we arrived at the villa, Natasha was extremely helpful and we felt as though we had a friendly contact in the area should we have needed it throughout the week. The villa was absolutely wonderful and more than we could have ever imagined! The inside of the villa was clean and well stocked with everything you could need, there’s even a drawer full of beach towels for you to use should you need them! 8 of us stayed in the villa from the ages of 80 down to 3 years old and we never felt like we were in each other’s way or that there wasn’t enough space, there was plenty of space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful! The outside area was wonderful with an area for sunbathing, a spotless swimming pool and a brilliant barbeque area. We were also very impressed with the two garden areas and the seating area out the front which was useful when the sun was too strong as it was completely in the shade. There is ample space for parking and we parked two cars and two motorbikes without a problem with space for more I think. We would happily stay at this villa again and again. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and we would not hesitate to recommend the villa to our friends and family. There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas however you would need a hire car to get around. The roads are extremely easy to drive on and it’s possible to drive to places like Gibraltar in just over an hour. Thank you so much Nicola for a brilliant stay! Lovely villa, pool and very private. No through traffic and mostly Spanish neighbours .Lighting at night over pool and gardens, beautiful. Peaceful and very relaxing. Natasha very helpful. Thankyou for allowing us to share.

It's a fabulous house in a countryside in Spain. Very clean and maintained with a nice furnishings.It's close to the beach. Such a relaxing stay. We loved the pool. Loved everything about our stay at this well equipped and well located home. The owner is extremely responsive. Thanks for everything Nicola.
