4 Bedroom villa, up to 10 people, Private pool & BBQ close to beaches and Calpe

The host was very good and welcoming. He spent the time to go through everything with us. The welcome pack was unexpected and was very generous. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and cleaning products all provided. He allowed us to use the pool even though it usually closes October and cleaned it for us to use. The villa is spacious, with a very comfortable bed in the en-suite room. Very dog friendly and excellent BBQ area.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean throughout, with thoughtful touches that made our arrival feel especially welcoming — welcome pack was such a nice surprise!The owner was excellent with communication both before and during our stay. He provided fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets which delivered to the villa.The villa’s large pool area was a definite highlight — spacious and perfect for the kids to have fun and for relaxing in the sun. We especially loved the amazing outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, and appreciated that shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in all of the bathrooms. If we had one small piece of feedback, it would be the lack of comfortable outdoor seating for morning coffees or evening chats. We passed this on to the owner, who was receptive and open to suggestions.Overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa was just as seen on the listing and was tidy and clean when we arrived. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. The villa is in a lovley location but is a 30min walk to the main town of Calpe but taxi services helped a lot ! Only two rooms had air con so definitely something to consider but apart from that we had the best time :)

Great location, quiet environment but only a short drive to local amenities and the town of Calpe. Would recommend at any time of year!

Location great easy twenty minute walk to beach/promenade /restaurants. First time not to rent a car wasn’t a problem taxi easy to hire and efficient

We had a few issues on the first day, loungers were broken and the covers were dirty. The pool was also not clear, we contacted lee who come out instantly and replaced the covers and sorted the pool. The loungers were not replaced but lee explained that there had been a problem with delivery of new ones. We did find the villa to be a bit hot due to there only being air conditioning in one room but we managed, The villa is a nice size and the outside space is lovely the only downside of outside is there is a lot of mosquitos but obviously that’s not the owners fault, he did come out and spray the outside space to try and improve it for us. Even with the issues we found Lee to be a great host who was always on hand quickly to deal with any issues, he even offered to translate for us when my husband and daughter needed to see a doctor. I would say that having the bedding and towels replaced after week one would be a good idea for guests who are staying for 2 weeks, there is a washing machine to do it yourself but I don’t think anyone really fancy’s doing that while on holiday.

We were living in Casa Bella for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed it. There were 10 of us - it’s pretty much for the long trip, but due to the spacious house and outside territory, we’re all still friends :))) I and my friends are in love with the swimming pool and BBQ zone. We spent all mornings and evenings there. Everything is fine, but I would like to give some recommendation to those, who is going to book this villa. Don’t forget to rent a car, it’s quite far from the see and supermarkets. Don’t be shy to text the housekeeper, if something gets out of order (we had some troubles with the air conditioning, but a man, whose name I don’t know unfortunately, came some times to us and fixed everything). Thanks to that beautiful place, we would love to come back again.. if Lee wouldn’t be agains it :))))

We lived in Calpe some years ago and wanted to see how it has changed. This Villa was ideally placed to see all the things we wanted to. Nice pool. with sun on it most of the day, .Good facilities and plenty of hot water for showers.
