Stayed Aug 17, 2025We had a lovely stay and the villa was just what we were after. Great location with everything we were after accessible via a stroll, we made it to Quarteira and the marina really easily as well as the family mini golf. The pool is in the sun for nearly the whole day, a bit of shade early morning. Isabel was also really helpful throughout the stay when we had to get hold of her.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Grandkids lived in the pool. Parents and opa too. We walked everywhere (but the kids are pretty good walkers 3 to 4 km was fine). We were there during a hot streak so the beach was too hot for us - but the pool worked fine.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024Great communication from Isobel. Only problem we had was one light went out and Isobel sent the handyman straight out to replace the bulb. Property exactly as listed, everything you need for a family holiday. Our group ranged from ages 11-69 and everyone loved it, plenty of room to have your own space as well as to all sit together. It was too hot for us to do the 20 minute walk to the marina through the day but it was the middle of August and you can get an uber within 2 minutes that were cheap, approx 3/4 euros The only thing I can think that would improve the property was having air conditioning in the living room area, or working ceiling fans but this wouldn’t be enough to put us off returning again Would definitely recommend

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Would highly recommend this property. Images are accurate as the property is spacious, well kept and beautiful gardens. We had a maid service attend one day when we were out which was a lovely surprise. A pool maintenence man also came one morning and a team of gardeners were there one day to tidy and spruce the grounds. All in all, an excellent service. As other reviews have mentioned, the villa is walking distance to the marina but I would also add that ubers are very cheap and readily available and we were also able to get uber to deliver groceries from the local spar. tje local apar. the sparto ma

Stayed May 24, 2024A beautiful villa within a 10 minute walk of the marina was perfect for our family holiday. With 4 generations sharing the villa it provided great memories for my daughter’s first holiday. Managed to sneak a few rounds of golf in myself with it being in a great location for that. Would come back here in a heart beat.
