This great Spinnaker is in a fabulous location - very close to Pelican Beach, the Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf. An easy and relaxing decor makes it the perfect home for a casual beach vacation. 758 Spinnaker has a large living/dining room with windows affording a wonderful view of the 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks golf course. The living/dining area has cathedral ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows, a large HDTV and wifi for your computer. One couch is a sleeper Queen sofa bed. Watch the golfers tee shots hit the fairway from the small screened in porch off the dining and living area! The dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen is roomy allowing multiple chefs to work at the same time. There is a table that seats 4 perfect for breakfast and lunch dining. Sliding doors lead to a large deck with a table for six and lounge chairs. Catch up with your reading while tanning, or enjoy afternoon drinks under the setting sun.

The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, vanity, sliding doors to the deck, and an adjoining full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full size bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus another TV. Enjoy all new bedding, linens and towels (bring your own beach towels).

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

    The condo has a nice golf course view ( of #18). It’s a short walk to the Seabrook Club, pools, and beach, but we rented a LSV ( fancy golfcart) to get around the island. The condo also overlooks a lagoon, so we were lucky enough to see some cool wildlife from the screened in porch and deck on a daily basis including baby gators, large turtles, and several species of birds. The property was very clean and has a nice open layout. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

    We have been longtime fans of Seabrook Island and come back every year for a vacation! This rental was definitely in an ideal location near the Pelican's Nest for those looking to use the pool and eat by the water. We also love the included amenity card, which allows us to use both of those things. The property is an end unit, two story townhouse that requires the ability to go up and down stairs. It looks exactly as pictured on the inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas grill on the patio and they provide stuff for cleaning up after yourselves. Biggest note--come prepared with all of your seasonings and baggies when you stay! Beds are *firm* and there are quite an abundance of pillows available. The wifi was great and the hosts made the check-in/check-out process easy. You will need to contact Seabrook directly for the use of an amenity pass. Overall, the stay was great! We'll definitely be back to Seabrook Island again.

    Location is great - only about a 5 minute walk to beach or 10 minute walk to beach club/restaurant. Condo is spacious - nice to have 3 bedrooms and a large living room. Overall clean and comfortable, but a couple improvements could be made. 1. the condo needs all new pillows for the beds - the pillows are all easily 20 years old and about one inch thick. 2. the shower does not drain properly so the tub fills up while you are showering. 3. there are odd little notes around the condo that should probably just be fixed as maintenance issues (i.e. don't open this window, don't open this window either, don't adjust the fan...)

    This property was roomy enough for 4 adults. The location was great, very close to the beach walks 8 & 9, golf, and dining options. We saw wildlife, especially alligators & turtles in the creek behind the property. Plenty of deer on the island too!

    We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property very much. Great location - my daughter and grandson loved being able to bike to the pool. The unit is well equipped and communication was easy. Would definitely recommend.

    We loved our first visit to Seabrook Island. The location of the condo was Perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Everything was in working order. The view of the golf course from the great room was breathtaking after a long winter. Other guests around us were very friendly. We definitely want to stay again in the future!

    Beautiful and well appointed Beachhouse Villa. Close to beach and Seabrook Beach Club. Lovely location. Be aware Seabrook Beach Club now requires guests of owners (renters) to wear plastic wrist bands and pay $5 per towel per guest per day.

    We love Seabrook and we libs staying in the spinnaker location. This house once they finish upgrades will be fantastic. It was pretty good now should be better soon..
