The Space:

Morning light filters across the balcony as you look out over the golf holes and shimmering water, a rare view in Reunion that seems to change with each hour of the day. Evenings settle in with soft breezes drifting across the outdoor spaces while you unwind after time at the parks. From the top floor, the in-house movie theater offers a quiet retreat, and the private pool outside adds another way to slow the pace.



Sleeping arrangements

This 3 story estate home features 5 spacious themed bedrooms designed to give everyone room to settle in. Downstairs, the Blue Sanctuary offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Star Wars room includes two bunk twin beds that sleep 4, while three additional bedrooms each offer a king bed. A separate apartment or in-law suite sits above the garage, adding flexibility for groups traveling together.



Indoor living

Two large living areas create space to gather or enjoy time apart. The upstairs loft and the in-house movie theater on the top floor bring extra room for relaxing and watching films. A game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and games makes friendly competition easy to enjoy throughout the day. The home includes a free washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, TV, and wifi, along with essentials and bed linens.



Kitchen and dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to prepare meals at home. Spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas make it simple to share breakfast before heading out or wind down together in the evening. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.



Outdoor living

Balconies on multiple levels showcase postcard views of Reunion, from water features to the Reunion Grande building in the background. The private pool sits just outside with patio furniture, offering another calm space to relax whenever you choose. A private entrance and available free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going easy.



Neighborhood

Located in Reunion Resort, the home sits within a gated community known for its walkable golf courses and peaceful surroundings. Guests often enjoy exploring the nearby areas just outside the back gate, where a wide range of dining options and local attractions await.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.

    The house is clearly a rental - holes in the ceiling, cabinets were broken, furniture and carpet was very dirty - matted to the floor. Carpets had odor. Grill disgusting - hadn't been cleaned, in my opinion not usable. The guest room above the garage had not been used in a while - the air was musky and stale. The was a dead little lizard on the wall.

    The house itself is nice and spacious. It needs some love in some areas. The game room has a lot of broken games (the blower is broken, so no air for the air hockey table when plugged in). The seats in the master are peeling and look gross. There are some broken chairs on the balcony. We definitely experienced more issues with our stay here than any other property in Reunion. At one point we lost power in the a.m., so we left and notified the host. We were the only home on the street without power. It did get fixed, but it was in the evening.We also had a lot of housekeeping issues that I didn’t reach out about. I just took care of it. There were many dirty dishes put back in the cabinets and drawers (yuck), a couple of the theater chairs were covered in old chocolate or ice cream, some of the bedding smelled, and a pillowcase had mascara on it when we unmade the bed for the first time. Also, the entrance doesn’t have a rug, after it rained it was very slippery. We put towels down but my youngest still took a hard fall since we need to walk near the entrance when coming down the stairs and heading towards the kitchen.This property does have many positives, like an amazing view of the grounds, you can see Disney’s fireworks, lots of space, dishes and towels. The lights in the kid’s room are neat. The washer and dryer are large and work well. The community the home is in is safe and beautiful.Overall, this wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t our best stay either

    Our stay was incredibly disappointing from the moment we arrived.The door code didn’t work, the WiFi was down, the door code for the detached apartment didn’t work and the patio was littered with cigarette butts. The house was advertised to sleep 12 people, there were only five forks! I emailed the host three times before our stay to confirm that both the pool and hot tub were in working order, as they were the main reason we booked. We arrived to find the hot tub jets not working, and though we reported the issue, it was never fixed. Worse, the hot tub’s heat wasn’t functioning, and it took a day and a half for a repairman to show up. After that, the pool became scalding hot, over 100 degrees. It remained unusable for days. When we finally had one day at Disney, the pool was at a reasonable temperature, but when we returned, it was too hot again. Throughout our stay, communication was abysmal. I received nothing but generic, AI responses.. I had to send multiple follow-ups before getting any response, and there was no proactive communication from the host. I emailed the host requesting a refund and was nickel-and-dimed, starting with a 10% offer, which I found insulting. Ended up with 800 refund which they called 50% but that didn't include the over 1300 in host fees, taxes, service fees. I've stayed at many Reunion properties and have ever had issues this bad. Renter beware!

    I can’t say enough good things about this property!!! It was beautiful and so fairly priced! They could have taken advantage of the season and out circumstances (we had a listing cancel on us right before our wedding!) they were kind and attentive and it was PERFECT!Thank you for everything!!!

    We rented this home for the weekend for a special event for our son. It easily accommodated our large group and was in a terrific location. The view off of the back porch is spectacular. There were numerous activities/options included, both inside and outside the house, that kept the teenagers entertained. The owner was extremely responsive with communication.

    This house was perfect for a big group. The living room was very spacious, and the 3 story layout is perfect for privacy. We came for EDC and used Uber to get there and back, which wasn’t too far of a distance. Clean and safe neighborhood, the owners were also good with communicating and responding back. The pool was a great area to hang out at, there was also a projector screen that allowed for movies and music. Spacious kitchen and counters, also great view in the backyard.

    This home has the best views of Reunion! The extra apartment is perfect for two family’s traveling together. Reunion is one of the most luxury resort/ communities in this area. Communication with the management company went really well! Thank you Julie! Poolguy was a very friendly man.
