3 MILES FROM DISNEY!! Private SOUTH facing Pool. Awesome family villa

Everything was great! Very clean, easy drive to Disney, plenty of room, very comfortable! Host was also very quick to respond any time we had a question. Great customer service!! We will definitely be booking again next time we head to Disney!

We stayed here during a trip to Disney. It was an easy drive to the park. There was plenty of space, and it was so nice to have the pool and hot tub to relax in when we got back at night. I will recommend this place to anyone going to Disney.

Lovely property, great location for Disney park

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was wonderful after a long day at the park. There were games and video games for the kiddos. The beds were comfy. We would definitely book at this home again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a great stayed , we had everything we needed.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Spacious villa, very clean on arrival including everything you need for a 2 week area. Lovely pool area with hot pool and plenty of space and shade. Close to Disney with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Would stay here again.

Great location near Disney and tons of golf options . 4 clean bedrooms with all the comforts. 3 clean bathrooms and decently equipped kitchen. Nice game room in garage

This was just the perfect base to visit the parks and explore the Kissimmee area. Check in was easy and there was good communication with the property manager.

Everything was nice, beds a hard for our comfort but everything was great for what we needed.

This was our second time staying at this villa and we absolutely love it!! David is so quick to reply to any questions or concerns that we had. The house had absolutely everything we needed and then some. We hope to return again in the future!!!

Nice and simple home close to Disney property. The house had plenty of room for 10 people and had everything we needed. Advertisement was accurate. Check-in process was simple. Communication was great. We would recommend to others.

My friend and I were scrambling to find a place after the one we had booked had to cancel due to damage from the hurricane. We found this place and couldn’t have been happier! The pool and hot tub area is so relaxing! The beds were super comfy and the living room was cozy. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. There isn’t much extra in regard to toilet paper and paper towels so if you have a large family you may want to bring extra however, we had everything we needed. Would totally stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Everything was thought of when it came to travelers and kiddos. It was very conveniently located to everything that we wanted to see and do while in Florida for the week. The property manager was also very accommodating when the pool temperature was a little chilly. He came right over and turned on the heat for us. Definitely recommend for other families and would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed the property. It was as advertised. We enjoyed all the information and lists of what was in the rooms. Pool was great. Our teens enjoyed having one to themselves. The game room was a bit too! I would choose this place again!

Pros: The house is clean. The neighborhood is safe. The house meets our expectations and David responds quickly. Cons: They should include more detergent and paper towel. Also, the AC limit is difficult since it is very hot in Florida. Overall, this is a great house for family and we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. This house met the needs of our family and the host was very responsive and did so quickly. I’d definitely consider staying here again. We booked this place because it was listed as being close to Disney which is accurate. We stayed here because for this trip we were dropping our daughter off for the Disney College Program and wanted to be close…well it was! Using the toll road right by the house we were able to get to our daughter’s program check in place in about 10 minutes. The owners have all types of games that can be played to increase family fun time. We hadn’t played “Uno” in a long time and & we enjoyed every minute, making memories. We also enjoyed being able to chill out in the pool area. The privacy of the area was an added bonus too! The only cons were not being able to control the thermostat because it’s remotely controlled…I understand because electricity is costly but at times it did get too hot or too cold. Being able to control it ourselves would have been better. We also noticed ants on the trash can & it looked as if some had been sprayed before we got there but no one got them up. It would have also been nice to have dish detergent or dishwasher tabs…at least 1 to start off with. These were no big deal though. Lazy Liv’inn was just what we needed. Overall if you’re looking to book this property, do it! You should be pleased!
