I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for a Family of 6. One bathroom issue and definitely needs another outside trash can, but we stay at this complex every chance we get.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Our family (three young kids) had a fantastic week here. Too many highlights to list all, but we particularly enjoyed the newly updated pool, the proximity to the beach and the proximity to bike paths. We rented bikes from a place just across the street. Everything was extremely convenient. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: We booked directly thru Seashore and saved significantly, great to deal with too. House was clean and exactly the space we needed so close to the beach and Coligny. The pool was clean and the grill on the patio was so nice to have! We will def book with Seashore next year!

My family of four (2 young kids and 2 adults) was very comfortable. I really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, both in terms of cooking supplies and basic spices, oil, etc. It's close enough to the beach and pool that we felt comfortable letting our 8 year old go back and forth on his own. Neither the pool nor the area of beach in front of the complex were overcrowded, even though it was peak season. Check in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The complex was quiet and cozy and the access to the beach was so close. It was a great location, close to Coligny plaza, shops, restaurants, playgrounds and children's museum. It was such a great place to stay with a family.

It was wonderful that it was so close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked - we had everything we needed. The only 2 things that bothered was the tv’s - they are very small and truly outdated. And the Queen bed’s mattress was weird....
