Our 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 people, and is located on Creekside community, in Kissimmee, opposite “Give Kids the World”. It is less than 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and 20-25 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025Enjoyed the pool. Surprised that almost no consumables were stocked. One dishwasher tab. No dish soap. Two rolls of TP for 4 guests. No Saran wrap, foil, paper towels, garbage bags.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024This was the first Disney trip for my boys. The location was close to the park and conveniently close to Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks, as well as many other food and attractions. The pool provided some welcome relief to the heat and was a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024A lot of work needs to be done to bring the standard of the property up, BBQ was old and not useable . Kitchen utensils old and blunt. Various lights not working throughout property. Lounge flooring started to lift causing tripping hazard. Pool lining blown and needs repair & painting. Pool filter I assume is not working due to a lot of flys dead every morning on the surface. Both on suit basins & bath slow to flow away due to hair blockages.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024The property is close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is awesome. The owners are great, very prompt at answering any questions you might have. This is our 4th stay and we are hoping to book again next year.
