3 bedroom villa with living enclosed - Canggu

The website showed this place to be very nice. The check in process and the facility looked very good at first. But then when we arrived, they said the refrigerator was not working, only the top portion was working. The tv is not working. When we went to bed, the bedsheets were not clean. It took after the 2nd night for us to get clean bedsheets and comforters. The gas was not working for part of the time. The AC is only in the bedrooms and was working well. The bathrooms are outside with all the mosquitos around. The hot water was not working until the 3rd day and we took several showers with cold water. The housekeeper took a day off and there was no one to cover her for that day. The pool was clean and we swam in it. In preparation for leaving, I reminded them that they had agreed to store our luggage since we had a midnight flight. But now, they said they cannot store the luggage because they had a guest coming in that same day. I was very angry because we had decided against a different location that would not store our bags and now this place was going against what they had already agreed to. In the end, they did store the bags. I was not happy with our stay over all because it was not what was promised. When you pay for 12 eggs and only get 8, would you pay the same amount? This place is VERY overpriced. They did agree to pay our taxi to the airport, but too little too late. Please negotiate the cost if you stay here because a lot of things won't work.

This is a cozy villa, very comfortable ? We felt very safe and the store right across the street was wonderful and the people were wonderful. The home has 3 separate rooms facing the pool which makes for a stunning view when you wake up

Wrapped around a clean, well cared for pool (a technician came every week to clean and check) are three nice sized bedrooms with bath access. The living area overlooking the pool is well furnished with a dining area and living room that easily accommodated all 6 of us. The kitchen is well furnished with cooking equipment and dishes. However, we ordered most of our evening meals delivered since there were many good choices available. A maid comes 6 days a week and does a wonderful job cleaning the kitchen and all other parts of the home. We all felt that we were truly on vacation and enjoyed ourselves in and around the pool or getting out of the sun indoors. There is a small store/cafe across the street where you can buy snacks or get an Indonesian meal - also rent motorbikes or a car if your language skills permit it (fortunately some in my party did.). A bonus was the wonderful kite show day and night this time of year. We spent hours watching them from the comfort of the pool area. I would rent this home again if I returned to Bali with a group of six.

The location is away from the busy area and roads. It is so quiet and calm. Takes less than 5minutes to hit the busy main roads from the villa and heading ur way to anyway. Bali have congested roads so faster to rent a bike than a car to explore Bali. Manager Ketut was very helpful and prompt is helping us with our needs especially bike rental.
