For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

    The condo is in terrific condition, and had a perfect location for walking to the pool and beach.The amenity card and gate pass process is a pain. They are separate entities, and they are a pain to get, especially if you are doing a rental car. The apps didn’t work correctly, which made it very frustrating before ever arriving. Once everything was squared away when we got there, then it was seamless and easy. I am technologically proficient, so those who aren’t would really struggle.

    Excellent accommodations - very close and easy access to beach and pool club. Awesome views. Clean, well maintained. Everything you need, functioning, and updated. Everyone will want to use the awesome master bath shower! 100% would return!

    This was a fantastic family vacation, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms accommodated our mixed age ranges perfectly! The unit was VERY clean and well stocked. The only thing we wished it had were items for the beach, like beach towels and chairs. It would have been perfect had those items been available. Would stay again, but bring our own towels next time.
