Stayed Jul 19, 2025Fantastic property with a gorgeous pool and garden. Outdoor furniture was great. Location was superb with great restaurants within walking distance and the beach at Arenal and the walkway along the front was lovely. We had a fantastic week.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Excellent holiday villa, it is as per the photos, very welll looked after and well equipped. It is close to Jávea beach and has a number of good restaurants in walking distance. A small welcome pack was provided which is a lovely touch and there is a comprehensive welcome guide to the villa which is very useful. Overall would happily return and all the 5 star reviews are correct.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025We needed a break and our trip provided just that. The house , in a great location , provided everything we could possibly need. We loved spending time in the garden and the pool which despite being unheated had a temperature of 22degree in April. Communications with the owner as well as the caretaker were brilliant - even checking we were OK when Spain experienced a 12 hour power cut. Thank you so much Nicky for getting everything so well prepared for us - our kids were relieved to find some essential supplies in the fridge upon arrival. Till next time :)

Stayed Mar 25, 2025It is a very nice house with tree bedrooms a nice living and a kitchen with everything what you need. The garden is well maintained and there is a very nice swimming pool. On colder nights there is good central heating . The house is on a very nice location with al the beautifull miradors close by, some even in walking distance. There is a good welcome book with a lot of information.

There is information everywhere on how to use stuff to where to eat out. This is definitely a villa we would not hesitate to come back to, having been to Javea for twenty years this villa is in out top 2.
