Detailed arrival instructions, including directions to the villa and access information, will be sent to
guests prior to their arrival.
Access to the Property
The villa is located in a quiet and easily accessible area. Depending on the specific location, access to
the property may be:
• directly from the main street
• via a small traditional Balinese alley called a “gang”
• accessible by car or scooter
If direct car access is not possible right up to the villa entrance, a short walking distance may be
required.
Areas Available to Guests
Guests have access to all main areas of the property, including:
• private swimming pool
• living room and lounge areas
• fully equipped kitchen
• bedrooms
• bathrooms
• garden or terrace
Certain technical or storage areas may be reserved for staff use for maintenance purposes.
Staff Presence
To maintain the villa in excellent condition, some team members may occasionally access the
property during the stay, such as:

These visits are typically brief and discreet in order to respect guests’ privacy.

Check-in
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
Depending on availability, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.
Guests may also request to drop off their luggage from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival. This allows
you to explore the surrounding area before returning later for check-in.
If possible, please inform us a few days before your arrival so our team can organize everything
smoothly.
Late arrivals are not an issue. Whether you arrive at 3:00 PM, 11:00 PM, or even during the night,
our team will ensure you are properly welcomed after your journey.
Check-out
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM to allow our team enough time to prepare the villa for the next
guests.
Subject to availability and an additional fee, a late check-out may sometimes be arranged, especially
if it helps align with your return flight schedule.
In some villas, it may also be possible to store your luggage safely until the late afternoon.
During Your Stay
Each villa has a dedicated staff contact, and their Message number will be shared with you before
your arrival.

House Rules
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may require an
additional fee.
Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed to stay in the villa.
For safety and insurance reasons, additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior
approval.
Visitors
External visitors are generally not allowed without prior authorization.
If you wish to invite visitors, please contact our team in advance.
Parties and Events
Parties and events are not allowed unless previously approved by management.
Unauthorized events may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
External Vendors
Guests are not permitted to bring external service providers or vendors into the villa without prior
approval from management.
This includes, but is not limited to, services such as private chefs, event organizers, decorators,
photographers, massage therapists, or other third-party providers.

f guests wish to arrange services from external vendors, a prior request must be submitted and
approved by our team.
When the use of external vendors is authorized, a supervision and inspection fee of IDR 2,000,000
will apply. This fee covers the additional staff presence required to supervise the activity and inspect
the property before and after the service to ensure the villa and its equipment remain in proper
condition.
Noise and Respect for the Neighborhood
Guests are kindly asked to respect the surrounding neighborhood.
Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Guests may smoke in outdoor areas while ensuring cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
Any violation of this rule will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee of IDR 4,000,000, covering the
cost of deep cleaning, odor removal, and sanitation required to restore the villa for future guests.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized prior to the stay.
Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring that:
• doors and gates are properly closed when leaving the villa
• electrical appliances are used responsibly
• children are supervised around the pool at all times
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa, furniture, or equipment during their stay.
Any damages should be reported to our team as soon as possible.
Respect for the Property

Tropical Environment
The villa is located in a tropical environment surrounded by nature. While the property is regularly
maintained, it is possible to encounter insects, geckos, or small animals typical of tropical climates.
This is a normal part of the Balinese environment and not a sign of poor cleanliness.
