2BR 2BA Sparkling Clean Villa for Long Term Stays

The property was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood located close to restaurants. The house was spotless. Well appointed as well. The hosts communicated everything we needed to know. Showers were great. Beds were very comfortable. Tv was in living area and master bedroom. Plenty of apps to watch. Overall our stay was great.

This villa was a pleasure to stay in. It looks just like the pictures and not a speck of dirt to be found. Our hosts, John and Alma, were fabulous to communicate with and the complimentary goody basket and supplies were much appreciated. Dishwasher was not stated in the listing so I knew there would not be one but I wish there was one. The villa is close to stores, restaurants and groceries. If you are making use of the villa it is perfect. If you are going to golf as we were not so much. The golf course, country club and gym are in a state of decay. The clubhouse pool and hot tub are clean however there is no shade to be found.

We couldn't have chosen a better spot to call home while in Brownsville to conduct research at UTRGV. The three of us slept well in this quiet, very comfortable rental and ate well from the highly functional and well-appointed kitchen. The location meant shopping, errands, and local adventures were close by and easy to access. After a busy day in the field or working from the home office, we enjoyed walking the neighborhood or golf course. We were sad to leave, but have already reserved the home for a return visit. We can't wait.

The location leaves much to be desired.

Very comfortable, well appointed, clean, updated condo. Closets were wonderful and laundry room was amazing. Living room with exposed brick wall and desk space was very well done. Beds and furniture were top notch. Golf course was in need of maintenance and was not what we expected. John was a great host and spent a good deal of time educating us about the area. Couldn't ask for a better host.

Johns property is literally my favorite place I’ve ever rented. It was clean, cozy & absolutely perfect for our week stay in Brownsville. Its in the perfect spot of the city, almost everything is within a 10 minute drive and it was super easy to get to SPI for some beach time! The beach items they provide (towels, chairs, cooler bag) make travel sooooo much easier! John was easy to get ahold of and went above & beyond to make our stay great! Thank you John & Alma! We are already planning our next stay!

We decided to book this property to help us decide on moving to south Texas. Is was great and enough space for my family.
