We do not provide bikes or beach equipment for this property. Beach equipment can be rented by the day, half day or hour on the Beach. Bikes can be ordered and delivered to your accommodations prior to your arrival.

Free parking is available at this property for multiple vehicles under the building or outside or your condo. The pool is open year-round but not heated.

To access the public beach, you will take a five-minute walk left out of the parking lot on the walking/bike path to The Beach House Hotel/Coligny Circle and walk across the street to the access point next to the Beach House Hotel. You can easily google Coligny Public Beach and view the map.

Complimentary secured WiFi, pool and hard-court tennis/pickleball courts onsite for guests.

This villa is located on the third floor facing the parking lot and the ocean. Two elevators are available with luggage carts.


Sheets and Linens are provided. Large round filters are required for the 12 cup coffee maker, there is also a Keurig.

This one level flat unit is located on the third floor near the first elevator facing the parking lot and ocean. The location is perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes on the large balcony with access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room.

This spacious two bedroom, two full bath villa with king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room is located in the Forest Beach Villa complex at 10 South Forest Beach Drive, which is right across the street from the Beach and the Beach House Ocean Front Hotel and Tiki Bar. You will be right across the street from the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the shops and restaurants. Two hard surface tennis courts and a private pool are located right on the property. This villa offers exceptional amenities, and location but is in the process of being updated September 2025.

The South Forest Beach area is located just down the street from the Ocean Gate to Sea Pines Resort as well.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals are right on the beach. Call Shore Beach Service at 843 785-3494 to make advance reservations.

Step inside, and this Forest Beach Villa features a nice galley kitchen, two bathrooms with tub & shower combination, a 43” flat screen TV in the living room with cable, DVD Player and complimentary secured WiFi. The master bedroom also features a 32 flat screen Cable TV. Step outside and you are walking right across the street to the beach and numerous walking and bike paths. There are several bike racks under the building and this condo is located on the third floor very close to the first elevator that you come to once you park underneath the building.

Unlike other owners or management companies, we offer an extremely personalized service which includes providing maps with points of interests and recommended shopping and restaurants. Also, we live locally and are available anytime both before and during your stay for any questions or assistance needed.

Starter condiments such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap are provided. The Bi-Lo Grocery Store is right around the corner, you will pass it on your way to the villa complex.

There is covered parking for all Forest Beach Villa guests only or you can park outside right in front of the unit.

Please no smoking inside of the villa, there is a nice large balcony for smoking and enjoying the ocean breezes. Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in the complex!

    We loved our stay here. It was clean. It was just a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here when I return to HH. It is within walking distance to EVERYTHING!!!

    Clean property, sizeable bedrooms, plenty of kitchen accessories. Close to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Loved having the additional ice maker available. Couple of thing's to note: parking in the garage is not meant for vehicles over 6'3 and its tight. We had a hard time figuring out which stair entrance the condo was closer too as it's not clearly numbered on the outside of the building.

    Good times to be had at a great location, easy walk to beach and shops. The unit is in a phenomenal location mere steps from Coligny Plaza and across the street from the beach. The inside of the unit is dated, the bed in the master room is far from comfortable and should be replaced. Find it odd that a place which is a 4 minute walk (at most) to the sand has no beach equipment (wagon, cooler) other than the chairs previous guests left there. Also odd that they don't supply blankets for the bedding unless requested during the summer. The location was phenomenal and the space decent. Kitchen was supplied fairly well, better pots and pans than we've experienced at other stays on HHI.

    Excellent place and excellent communication with the host. This is a great place to stay if you are coming to Hilton head island. Right across the street from coligny and the beach. You don’t even need to drive anywhere! Will be back

    We returned to this complex because of the location so close to many of our favorite spots. This pariicular unit could use some updating, but was comfortable. We had a couple issures which were quickly remedied thanks to Keith the property manager.

    Unit was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and provided a nice size pool. Elevator and luggage carts were helpful. Best thing was the location. Could easily walk to Coligny and the beach. Would stay here again.
