It’s the same airy openness you’ll find in the main living space, which sees a comfortable family room set in nautical inspired décor. Here a sleeper sofa, loveseat and armchairs face a large flat-screen TV while walls of sliding glass immerse you in the scenic beauty beyond. This same scenery carries to a wall of sliders in the formal dining room, illuminating a space with a rustic beach house vibe and seating for eight. Both sets of sliders lead out to a grand pebblestone patio with al fresco dining for eight and a Weber gas grill.

Convenient to the dining room though a pass-through window is the spacious kitchen, with its beautifully updated granite counters, stainless steel appliances and nearby washer and dryer.
