I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 things-I wasn’t told that I could only purchase 1 parking pass when I booked.Even though many signs for no smoking at the pool, a large group was smoking, called Island Rentals, said they could not help , gave me 2 other phone numbers to call, no answers.Need to supply a map , property is huge.

    One of the nicest Evian properties. Golf course view. Walking distance to the beach. This villa has been remodeled. Would Definitely rent this villa again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Hilton Head many times, most of them in Shipyard. However, this was our first time in Evian and we found it to be a perfect location, centrally located between the beach and two entrances for quick access to both Pope and Wilton H Hilton Pkwy. The pullout in the second bedroom was perfect so our three teenage kids could have enough room, and all of the amenities were awesome. The unit was clean, well stocked, and reasonably updated.We only observed a few very minor issues, and did not report them but want to include now as to let the management know. There is a slight smell in the unit, and we bought an air freshener to replace one that had run out. It couldn’t totally mask the odor but it wasn’t an issue for us. The Black and Decker blender should probably be tossed, it is missing a cap on the lid and only worked for a few seconds. Luckily there was a second one there. Also, the toaster is missing the crumb tray. Lastly, the screen from the master bedroom window blew out during a storm and landed on the awning.We would definitely stay there again!

The older furniture has absorbed #@#% over time. The unit it dark, not like to pictures. The price was right though, much cheaper than renovated places. Loved the back covered patio, 10min walk to beach, and pool was great. Would recommend with caveats.

    The unit was very nice. In retrospect I don’t think I’d stay in a dog friendly unit again as we could smell an “animal” scent. The unit needs better pillows and was decor was quite dark We do love the Evian area though
