2213 Windsor II ~ Oceanfront Complex | Just steps from the Beach!

Great location and a nice unit. Unit needed floors cleaned when we arrived and Beach Properties had it done quickly. The only knock on the stay was construction, painting and the lack of chairs at the pool the first week. VRBO mentioned that windows were being replaced and it would be completed by the end of March when in reality it will be closer to the end of April. Overall we would stay again in the future.

This condo has a comfortable layout and the last minute availability allowed us to extend a week vacation at a different property by a few more days. Beach access was excellent and easy and the furnishings were comfortable. The condo could use a bit more thorough cleaning, the carpets had stains, the wood floor had sand and the kitchen cabinet shelves and drawers haven't been cleaned in a while. However the flooring is new and the decor is of high quality. We swept, wiped down cabinets and ran everything we used through the dishwasher. Overall a good stay.

This was a nice weekend getaway for our family of 4. Room had a nice partial view of the ocean and great balcony overlooking the pool and landscaping. Easy access. Beds were comfortable and we liked the separation of bedrooms. Teenage boys liked the separate double beds. Lots of space to enjoy but we spent most of our time outside. Riding bikes on the beach, shopping in Coligny Plaza and walking and riding on the bike trails through the neighborhood to Shelter Cove. Taxis were busy but that was how we got around if we were going someplace not within walking distance for example Harbor Town. The weather was unseasonably cool but we made the best of it. I gave 3 stars to the check in process because the office was far away from the actual property and we were in an Uber from the airport. Thankfully the driver didn’t mind the extra stop. It would have been nice to have some clearer instructions on what to expect during checkin. I didn’t actually talk to a live person. Only when I called the property the day before did someone answer a few of my questions regarding the amenities. Also the email I received did not list the physical address of the property so I had nothing to give the Uber driver. With bated breathe we did find the gps address in the checkin packet so we could give the address to the driver. A bit stressful when you are checking into a new place and a new city.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very convenient and easy!! The condo was more spacious in person. Highly recommend

I've stayed here twice. First time was a girls weekend; second time was couples. First of all, it's a super comfortable place to stay. I slept well every night! The shower has good water pressure and there are enough supplies in the kitchen to cook full meals. The dining room has a nice table, where my husband was able to telework one day. (Btw, wi-fi is very dependable.) The chairs and sofa in the living area have lots of pillow to support your back. The balcony is large enough and we had all breakfasts out there. As far as the complex, I’d certainly recommend it too: good parking; luggage carts, short walk to the pool and then on to the beach. We rented bikes and there are lots of bike racks. The beach is straight and not on one of the curvy parts of the island.

I stayed here for the Concours d'Elegance - great car show - in early November. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Comfy bed. Covered parking, close to the beach and car show. Just a nice place to stay when you want to get away. I would definitely stay again.

The view is gorgeous and the unit is super clean with an airy open feel. This was my second visit to the same condo. The updates were a nice surprise - the new kitchen is set up well if you plan on eating in (half and half for us). The laundry, mattresses and paint were also new. The balcony was relaxing and always had a breeze. We were close to great restaurants and fun activities. We will definitely go back!
