House was very clean, very cozy. Will definitely rent again. Close to all the shops and beaches. Accommodating for multiple families with plenty of room. The hosts where very quick and responsive.

House was beautiful with great amenities. Pool was nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool table for fun. Beds in every room were comfortable. Kitchen new and spacious. Great coffee area. Loved sitting out back watching the sun come up. Communication with the host was simple and easy. Will definatly book again when in the Tampa area.

Everything was amazing! We had such a great time!! This might’ve been the easiest rental I’ve ever had. Hosts were wonderful and responded very quickly. The backyard was such a charming little place to hang out with everyone!! Drive to the beach was really quick, about 15 minutes to Indian rocks. Would book here again!

This was a lovely home and we enjoyed the novelty of having a pool table and an electronic dart board. The owners were very attentive and responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect, and it made getting around super easy. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We visited the Clearwater area for my husband 60th birthday with our entire family and grandchildren. 10 in total. The house was very clean and spacious and plenty of room for all we especially love the swimming pool area. To give some criticism since it is a family home more pots and pans in the kitchen would have been nice. Communication was great we had them come and clean the pool a couple times and they were very responsive. Great location close to all the different beaches.

We loved the location of the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed the pool on the days we didn’t drive to the beach. The house was equipped with chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella for us to take to the beach with us. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 9 of us and it had plenty of room. Kids loved the backyard. Close to lots of activities.

We loved everything about this property! The whole house was so spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our month stay. The host was so helpful and addressed all our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pool table was a constant source of entertainment for my grandkids! The outdoor space was great and the pool was nice and warm! We loved our stay and hope to return again next year!

House was great, modern and updated, very clean, a lot of amenities, more than other rentals. Gym, pool table, games, heated pool mini golf, coffee bar etc. Kept our teenagers busy. Everyone loved the king beds. Hosts were quick to respond. Location was good, close to Bellair beach area and Clearwater.

Our overall experience was great! House has a great layout and was very clean. Fun for the whole family with a lot to do. Close to fun places to see and in a great neighborhood. Great House!

Our stay was the day after hurricane Helena. In my area there was flooding power outages fallen trees exposed cable wires throughout the city. This area was soothing quiet and relaxing, no muss no fuss. The interior is beach house gorgeous. Spacious living areas w/modern clean lines. Activities activities for everyone. Full workout area, pool table, darts, board games (which was a lifesaver because the cable was out due to hurricane) The pool area was delightful, clean nicely designed my favorite spot. Not your standard abnb, this is a home in a family neighborhood. The owners added many special touches to the home they were attentive and accommodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely use this property again. ??? their yard
