Stayed Dec 18, 2025The home was spacious, had tons of amenities and was beautiful. The gameroom remained locked and we did not have access as it is listed. (Bummer). The temperature could only be adjusted by the owner via telephone. It is in a prime location, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping, and parks are also a short distance away. A major inconvenience during our stay was the vehicle restriction in the driveway. A maximum of 6-7 vehicles were allowed in the driveway at a time.This very important restriction was omitted in the property's listing. You can not park on the street, or grass per home owner's association. They are super strict and will tow your car day or night without warning. We had (2) cars towed. We would not have rented this home had we known beforehand- the vehicle limitations.Our group had to fight to park in an overflow lot at the clubhouse. This is not OK!!Note that this property holds 15 bedrooms/20 beds, so a 6-7 vehicle allowance in the driveway is unreasonable.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025The a/c upstairs wasn’t cooling, most of the bedroom sheets had food crumbs, or hair under the covers. A basket with dirty towels upstairs in the washroom. A few roaches was in the kitchen, the kitchen had an odor smell. Also the pool was a little cloudy, no one came out to clean the pool our entire stay. The host charges for the game room 75 per day and it wasn’t listed before I paid.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025The home was fantastic! We loved how each room had its own theme. The main living room felt big and open, despite there being so many people there. The kids loved the playroom and the pool space. The owner was very responsive and quick to handle the additional questions I had. Our only complaint was the parking situation. We ended up renting a parking lot down the road and shuffling people back and forth for unloading and for packing on the last day. That part was a pain, but otherwise the house and owner were great, and the property was well worth what we paid.

Stayed Jun 13, 202510/10 – The Perfect Home for a Large Family Getaway!We hosted our first big family trip to Orlando, FL over Father’s Day weekend, and this home exceeded every expectation. We had a total of 32 people—24 adults and 8 children—ranging in age from 1 to 83, and this house accommodated all of us beautifully.Every bedroom had its own TV and private bathroom, which made getting ready stress-free and gave everyone their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable—better than any hotel we’ve stayed in—and there were more than enough pillows and towels provided in each room.The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance, utensil, pot, and pan we needed. We were less than a mile from Sam’s Club and cooked all of our meals during the trip. Sharing meals around the 22-seat dining table made every night feel special and connected.The pool area was a favorite, with plenty of seating, LED lights, a sound system, and a projector screen that made it the ultimate hangout spot for both kids and adults. The kids especially loved the upstairs loft, where they could play and watch TV together.Frank was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and organized. He provided detailed video instructions for all the electronics and amenities, and he was quick to respond whenever we had a question.If you’re looking for the perfect place to host a large group, this is it. We’re already planning to come back next year—everything was absolutely perfect!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025I have stayed in large houses like this a few times before and this one was by far the worst one yet. The house was large and spacious for all of us, with a huge dining room table- that part was great. However, the home was filthy and had some very frustrating issues. Everything was dirty - the carpets, sheets, dishes, bathrooms and everything in between. I walked through the inside of the house barefoot upon arrival, and after one hour of being there the bottoms of my feet were black from dirt. The room I stayed in was extremely dusty. The back of the tv was covered in the most dust I have ever seenExtra money for the game room, if you open the garage door there is a fee, if you leave the game room on overnight there is a fee, if you want to use the grill there is a fee. The smoke alarm went off a few times while the team was doing homework. We have no idea why, and were concerned that something was wrong so I reached out. The landlords immediate response was there is a 500 fee for smoking in the house. We are sending someone over to check for smoking. I was hoping someone would come check it out to see what the issue was but no one ever came. Makes me think he wanted to shake us down for money. I don't recommend staying here.there are much better places for the same price

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Overall the house was great in size and price. A number of things didn't work in the house that we paid extra for, about 30 percent of the video games, the pool heat and shower temperature were luke warm, TV upstairs had no remote to turn on, toaster didn't work and our guests spent some time with the host trying to remedy but it didnt work out as well as we planned. When we arrived we advised the host there was a rip in the back screened porch from what looks like the wind blowing the umbrella into it and we had to also contact the host for that. Overall the size of the house met our needs but I would not rent this property again.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024Overall it’s a fun house, not a fan of the extra fees for stuff that is supposed to come with the house. But I would definitely recommend it and would certainly stay here again. I’ve sent three people to look at this property hopefully the extra fees won’t steer them away

Stayed Jun 20, 2024My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home! The home was exactly as listed. Very spacious, clean, and family friendly. We definitely enjoyed the outside pool/bar area. The owner was also amazing, he was very responsive and took care of the few minor issues brought to his attention. The only concern we had was the parking, 7 parking spaces, but 9 vehicle. Next time my family visit we will definitely be prepared with less vehicles. Overall stay was amazing!!! We will be coming back to this home!!!

Stayed May 31, 2024My family was very happy with the stay every thing was an aw to them especially the kids there are some things that can be fixed but it’s minor i.e two games in the game room did not work , the connection for the outside screen over the pool did not connect at all so we was not able to use the projector other then that my family enjoyed themselves and I would book again.
