You will enjoy this pet friendly 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo located on Hilton Head Island in Shipyard. (Please see below the additional cost for pets and the pet policy). The benefit to the Beachwalk two bedroom condo is the living room and family room combination that give you a wonderful space to spread out with the family after a fun day at the beach. The full kitchen provides ample space and facilities to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. You can grill out or cook on the upscale appliances. The master bedroom has gorgeous full bath with glass shower and tile floors. Second guest room has two full beds and has access to its own full bathroom . You also have access to a community pool, tennis courts (at Vandermeer with a reservation), and short walk to the beach down a shaded path. It is an amazing place for you and your family to come and get away for a much needed family vacation.

Beachwalk villas are located in Shipyard Resort with community pool (350 ft from the condo). Note: The pool is open from April 1st through October 31. The community is also very close to Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities. You can walk to the Sonesta Resort where they have several restaurants and a bar. Shipyard has wonderful beach access only a short walk away. (0.35 miles or a 7-8 minute walk or a quick bike ride). Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of bike paths under shaded live oaks and towering pine trees. Restaurants, beach, golf and tennis, Shipyard has all the amenities at your finger tips.

The Neighborhood:

Beachwalk villas are located in Shipyard Resort with community pool (200 ft from the condo) and very close to Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities. The pool is open April through October of each year. You can walk to the Sonesta Resort where they have several restaurants and a bar. Shipyard has wonderful beach access only a short walk away. (0.25 miles or a 5 minute walk or a quick bike ride). Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of bike paths under shaded live oaks and towering pine trees. Restaurants, beach, golf and tennis, Shipyard has all the amenities at your finger tips.



Just outside of Shipyard is the rest of beautiful Hilton Head Island. Over 60 Coligny shops and restaurants are a short ride away with casual dining and shopping for everyone. Sea Pines along with iconic Harbour Town is also just a short car ride away. Hilton Head offers over 30 golf courses in the area, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of wonderful bike paths and 17 miles of white sandy beaches. You can para sail, deep sea fish, jet ski, dine in casual and upscale restaurants, golf on championship golf courses and play on world class tennis courts.

We know that plans change and emergencies arise. Please consider purchasing a travel protection plan either with us as an add on or separately to assure a refund in case of an unexpected disruption to your travel.



Cancellation policy: Please note there is a 5% nonrefundable amount on any charge made if you cancel outside of 30 days before check in.



Parking Passes: If you require an additional parking pass, we will add a $40 charge plus tax for each additional vehicle (price depends on your length of stay.)

PET POLICY: There is a $200 non-refundable deposit for the first pet brought with you (plus tax and fees). Please make sure to click the pets options and it will add the pet fee. If you have additional pets, there will be an additional charge of $150 for each additional pet. Thanks for understanding! Here is the contract below:



Guidelines for dogs staying at Property 159 Beachwalk, Hilton Head:

1. Dogs should be leashed at all times while outside. This is different if you are on the beach, and the rules are posted at the beach.

2. Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly.

3. Do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds.

4. Dogs should not be left alone to bark inside the home while owners are absent.

5. Dogs must be on a flea maintenance treatment.

6. Be Our Guest will inspect the property the day of departure. Be Our Guest will do

an inspection for torn rugs, furniture or damaged doors/walls. An inspection will

also be done on rugs and floors.

7. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 for the 1st dog and $150 for the 2nd dog (plus tax and fees) collected at time of booking. If pet related damages are found upon your departure, any cost for remedy will be assessed upon departure. These charges will be in addition to the pet deposit.

8. Any evidence of excessive dog hair on the floor or evidence of the dog in the bed will result in additional cleaning charges.

    The condo was great. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen and laundry. About 10 minutes to walk to the beach or 5 minutes on bike. Very good location. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. It is dog friendly and you can tell. The property has everything you need and is in a nice area. It could use a little updating but overall it met our needs very well.

    Having travelled to HHI often over the past 20 years, we were this time looking for a quiet, relaxing, pet friendly retreat, while also walkable to the beach. This Beachwalk condo did not disappoint! Accommodations were perfect, with plenty of space and amenities provided, very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. The area was quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and the other guests/residents could not have been more friendly. This included the resident deer who greeted us daily by the back deck. No more driving to the beach or walking miles to get there. A hop, skip, and a jump and you are on beautiful North Forest Beach. We were lucky enough to see dolphins twice as a bonus!! Definitely recommend!

    Easy to get everywhere including restaurants, playgrounds, beaches, shopping etc. The beach walk itself was very accessible with their beach area barely a five minute walk. The condo was very accommodating, a great layout for a family, and every amenity. The absolute plus side was being able to bring my little Shih tzu who doesn’t leave my side! Definitely recommend!

    This was our 4th winter getaway to Shipyard and second time to this property. We loved it so much we came back this year for 2 months. We love the location. Best spot in Shipyard. Close to beach and biking or walking distance to almost everything. The neighbors were so welcoming especially Lynne our next door neighbor. Great time! Hoping to return again!

    We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is updated and beautiful, and everything was clean and organized. The walk to the beach was short and easy, the pool was quiet and clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. We had a bit of an issue getting into the condo, and the property manager answered the phone late at night and helped us get in. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

    Finding beautiful places to stay that are in our preferred development, Beachwalk, and dog friendly can be a challenge. 159 is the answer! The unit is exactly as shown in the listing, has a well appointed kitchen with all of the things you need to cook whatever you desire plus a few core spices. The unit’s configuration was perfect for our family and you can’t beat the location. The bedrooms have plenty of storage options, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. There are lots of little touches that make this a wonderful place to stay whenever you visit HHI. There were laundry baskets in each closet, beach towels were provided, and both dishwashing pods and laundry detergent to make things easy before you hit the grocery store for supplies. The property manager is friendly and responsive. Added bonus was a cute welcome basket with snacks and bottles of water that was waiting for us upon arrival. The unit also provides beach chairs, a wagon and even had lots of beach toys. We didn’t need to use the ones we packed. Assuming we continue our HHI tradition next year, staying at 159 is our top choice without a doubt! We enjoyed our and would happily return. Highly recommend this unit to future guests.

    Overall, this is a great place. They had chairs, beach towels, and other equipment for use. Property manager was easy to reach, left a small welcome gift, and called to make sure we made it on okay. My biggest issue was the master shower door was off its rail, making it nearly impossible to use. It wasn't a huge deal, but the cleaners should have found that before our stay, when they cleaned the shower. Additionally, the checkout time listed on VRBO is incorrect. It's listed as 11am, when it is actually 10am.

    We were welcomed to beachwalk 159 and allowed to check in a bit earlier and checkout a bit later which was very much appreciated but not ever expected. It is so close to the beach and was exceedingly clean. The unit does need some updating with carpeted flooring but was comfortable and the kitchen extremely well stocked. A tiny baby alligator walked across the backyard which was thrilling but no real issues to report. Thank you Jon and Donna and be our guest rentals!
