2 bedroom/2 bathroom Oceanfront Villa with Free Tennis Included, Sleeps 7

The condo offers a comfortable setting for quality family time. The amenities at Hampton place provide for ‘fun in the sun’ activities - the pool, hot tub, beach and biking. The condo is somewhat worn and needs to be updated with new bedding and decor.

I just realized I’ve never left a review! Since March 2020, we’ve rented this condo for over 10 weeks! It is absolutely fabulous! This is the balcony view. The beach and pools are great! The condo is equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook. It is a great mid-island location near all the great restaurants! This is truly a gem! Our number one choice always to rent!

I rented 6205 for my family as we own the place next door. Seriously disappointed as was not cleaned well at all. And now a day later a huge bag of dirty laundry items is still sitting outside of the door of 6205. Been there for 24 hours now.

We had a great time!! Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the house was perfect for our girls week away!!

My husband and I paid a last minute, one week visit to HHI post Hurricane Matthew. Despite the on-going island clean-up we had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful villa. The view is perfect, taking in the well manicured grounds, resort like pool complex, and the ocean. We even saw deer on the grounds. Although not having a straight on ocean view, the angle takes in much more. There is a fitness building and high end BBQ grills in the pool area. The beach is great for walking or biking on the hard packed sand. The tides are ever changing. Palmetto Dunes where the villa is located is a lovely location. There are golf courses, tennis courts, lagoons, walking and bike trails and even a General Store. I was taken with the villa's tasteful nautical/beachy decor and the owner's attention to detail. Most everything you need is provided including a washer/dryer and laundry detergent. Just bring along your personal items. I like the Hunter Douglas Silouette shade in the living room. There are two large bedrooms with full baths. The master has a king bed. The other bedroom has a double and single bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are ottomans in front of the sofa and chairs adding to the comfort. There is a telephone offering free local and LD calls in the US. You will be provided with the WiFi access code. A flat screen TV is in the LR and both BRs. There is a large balcony off of the LR and one BR....nice. The decorator kitchen has granite countertops and SS appliances and all the stuff you need to cook. Just buy some food or go out to the many HH restaurants. The owners are very accessible and helpful every step of the way if you need them. You will not be disappointed with this villa.

Unit is clean, kitchen well-equipped, decorated well but not overly so. Good footstools for relaxing while seated, plenty of hangers (unusual to have in rented condos), useful laundry baskets--items that add to convenience. Tennis hours good amenity. Balcony wonderful.

This rental is even better than the decription and pictures. The owners and rental company were friendly and helpful. Great location with the views promised. The unit was clean, beautiful decorated and had everything a family needs for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this unit, you will not be disappointed.

Very nicely furnished with well stocked kitchen. Close to the beach with nice pools and covered parking.
