2-bedroom villa minutes from Carytown, VCU, UofR, & Richmond Convention Center

We had a great stay. The place was clean, very comfortable, and in an excellent location.

Very clean and nicely furnished. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking spaces were great to have!

The home was exactly what we needed. It was clean and in a nice location near several great restaurants. Will was very responsive with a few of our questions and that was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The area was mostly residential but we scootered, walked or Ubered to lots of places. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice, cute, clean. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The house was stocked with just about everything we needed for the weekend. The back porch with the swing was very nice and relaxing. The house is older so you can hear noises from the street and the people upstairs but it wasn't so loud that it kept us awake. We were in a city after all so some noise is to be expected. Also we found the parking surprising. There is a little side street in between the house and the house behind that is not marked for parking. Once we realized that the house/parking was easy to find. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean, quite, spacious, comfortable and the location is perfect. We love downtown Carytown. Daughter every time we come home we need to book this place. We absolutely love it.

Loved this place! Having lived in Richmond years ago this villa is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods. Close to Carytown for great shopping and restaurants and other nearby attractions. Super clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The off street parking was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again

This is a great location just NW of the Fan District, VMFA, and Carytown, and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, includes all amenities, and the owners could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for what we needed! Clean, comfortable and good location. It was a little tricky to find, but otherwise, everything was great!

This is just a gem of a property. My son and I stayed a full week and had a blast! I picked this place because it was close to where my daughter lives. It's was so much better than a hotel, especially as it rained the first two days. And there's a bus stop right at the corner. You won't regret your stay here. We'll definitely book again!

We stay in VRBO properties frequently and this one gets a solid A in every respect. Amenities, hosts, location and cleanliness are all beyond reproach. In fact, we’ve already booked it for our next visit to Richmond!

This was our first time visiting the area. This location was so close to all the fun things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the local coffee shop! The house was perfect for our family, the beds were comfy and the living room sofa was great for snuggling and watching a movie. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this apartment! The interior was spacious and the decor was charming. It is located in a very cute neighborhood with a coffee shop that is an easy 5 minute walk. We took advantage of the location and walked to the shops in Carytown, which took us about 20 minutes. We appreciated that the apartment came with two parking spots. We would definitely stay here again.
