The Asheville Vacation Villas are the best-kept secret in Asheville. Nestled in a wooded area of the Crowne Plaza Resort's golf course, are 30 cottages perfect for families, reunion groups, extended-stay guests or those who would like a quiet getaway. These private villas are about a mile west of Downtown Asheville, which makes for a great location. Our villas are just minutes from Asheville's popular spots such as the River Arts District, Biltmore Estate, Thomas Wolfe House, Blue Ridge Parkway, and much more!
To whom it may concern, When my guests and I returned home on Friday night, we returned to a living room filled with water. The water heater located in the bathroom was heavily leaking, which then flooded the bathroom and into the common room. We had to pack and move ourselves and our belongings in the middle of the night. This was a huge inconvenience for us, especially, for my guest who is partial disabled. Id like to a full refund for the first night, room and tax. This is unfortunate, but put a damper on our experience. I can provide video footage if need. Thanks
Good location (although tucked away - best to check in during daylight) and cute layout of units but older shag type carpeting in bedrooms that needs to be replaced. Would stay again if they replaced carpeting. (Esp as it triggered my allergies).
Beautiful property. Great lounge area and restaurant. We rented a villa. Great space for hanging out together and/or privacy. However, villa had a strong musty smell like it had been closed up for a long while, but opening windows and door helped to air out. We will be making this place an annual vacation.
Great property! The inside had ample space. The location was perfect! It was a 5-10 min drive to everywhere downtown we wanted to go. Would def stay here again.
Gorgeous property, awesome to have hotel amenities...golf, pool, restaurant, Adventureland! Main bed needs to be replaced. Insects all over kitchen! Mold in main bedroom bath.
Accommodations were very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 Adults. The area was quiet and peaceful. The only issue is the location and access from West Asheville. Clearly the Resort was built many years before Asheville started to boom. The interstate system overwhelmed this part of Asheville and as a result you cannot access Resort Road going East Bound on 240 even though GPS wants to. You run into dead ends and U- Turns until you figure out you must take 240 East and do a U turn close to town and then proceed West to Resort Drive but don’t miss it or you have to go around the horn again. All that being said I would stay again just not if my main goal is to hang out on Haywood Rd.
