We were warmly welcomed and had everything explained to us en Francais about the appliances etc. The directions were good and the house was easy to find. It's tucked away in a beautiful, quiet part of Corsica with ease of access to Porto Vecchio only a few minutes away. The house had a wonderful country feel and was spacious and cool. The pool was wonderful with spectacular views of the mountains and countryside. Highly recommended!

This apartment is about 15 minutes outside Porto Vecchio. The pool area is lovely, the pool has fantastic views of the mountains. The outside area is beautiful and the gardens are very pretty. It would be a fantastic base for walking in the mountains. The owner Ange Marie is lovely, she doesn't speak English (and we are ashamed to say we don't speak much French) but we managed to use sign language and pointing to discuss most things. She made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is basic but has everything you need. It was beautifully clean. We had a few evenings in and used the BBQ which was good. The only downside for us would be that the sofa is rather uncomfortable, we didn't spend a huge amount of time sitting inside (the outside areas are lovely) so wasn't really a problem. The shower upstairs has poor water pressure, I have a lot of hair and after a day at the beach needs washing which took a while.

Great villa for a small family / couples. Well equipped. Clean and tidy. Location just outside Porto Vecchio ideal to explore local beaches and mountains. Excellent pool and outside alfesco dining space. very helpful owners.
