Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our needs. Right in the middle of South Beach, food, pickleball and the Sea Pines trolley all within walking distance. The only downside was the second bedroom - landscape lighting was so bright outside it was difficult to sleep. Also no way to darken the room with curtains. Other than that it was great, the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful and beach access was easy.

The place was spacious, beautiful, and super clean. We were mailed all of the needed information so the check-in should have been easy, be we had some difficulties since we didn't have the correct pass code to get into the unit. Once this was corrected we were good to go. I requested a 12noon check-out on the day we left and was very surprised as we were packing up to go with about 25 minutes left that a young person just entered the unit and asked me if I was checking out or if I was the cleaning service. I was so shocked by this rude intruder. I collected myself and called the main office to complain about the disturbing service. Beyond these two issues, the place was quite nice.

Enjoyed every aspect of the property, location, beautifully kept, etc.

Really enjoyed our stay...good pool and beach access and plenty of other activities within reasonable distance. Only frustration was property management being unresponsive to emails...wrong data/info sheet had been sent with welcome packet. Had to sort out on arrival. Housekeeping feedback - they had tried to put a queen fitted sheet on a king bed. Obviously didn't fit. Had to have new one brought over after we got there. A clear issue they should have recognized. They need to clean under the beds occasionally. Very dusty. Otherwise well maintaned and furnished. We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice unit. It's very spacious and airy with nice furniture, kitchen items, and TVs, and it's positioned right on the sound. It has direct access to the pool through its own set of stairs which was nice. Although, it would be nice if you could lock the bottom gate (from the outside) or if a key could be provided for the sliding glass door for coming in from the beach. The kitchen was nice and it had doors on both the entrance and exit that can be shut so you can leave the outside door open while cooking without making the rest of the condo hot.The only things I would ping this location for are the amount of dead things on the beach. There were tons of dead horseshoe crabs and a dead dog on the beach that freaked out my youngest son. The condo was decorated nicely, but it had the hardest mattresses I've ever seen. My shoulders and back hurt the entire week. It's also a pretty long walk to get to the beach on the Atlantic side or you will have to take the beach shuttle at lot 8.

The property was clean and updated with plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed the direct access to the pool and beach and the nice ocean view!
