What to say… this place is just AMAZING! The pictures do not represent how that place is gorgeous. 8 minutes walk to the beach, amazingly decorated with all you would need for a long stay. On top of that, it also had all the beach toys, chairs and sunbrella. I usually do not go twice to the same place but this one will surely have my attention for our next year vacation for our family of 6.

This place was so fun and the property was so awesome! We are definitely coming back

The rental was exactly as described and very clean. The indoor pool was less than a five-minute walk away. Our family truly enjoyed our stay.

The villa was absolutely beautifully updated and extremely clean! We were very impressed with all of the included amenities, our children loved going to the pool almost every day and taking rides on the golf cart we rented around Kingston Plantation to the beach and restaurants. Anything we needed, we were promptly responded to by the management team and they fixed an issue with the air conditioner in record time to ensure our comfort. We are very pleased with this villa and will highly recommend renting this villa to friends and family when they come visit us here now.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for 4 nights and enjoyed the villa. The location is great, and the decor is up to date.

The condo was extremely clean and felt like we were home. We enjoyed our stay and all that Kingston had to offer. You are only a 10-12 minute walk to the Black Drum, pool and beach. We never had any issues with parking or getting in and out. My husband and son loved the gym. Such a great place to come home to each night. I will also add the team to book in Kingston were incredibly helpful.

Rarely want to return to rental properties we stay at but this one I would! Loved the amenities and cleanly comfy space.

Also close to great golf and shopping.My only negative comment was the one older lady at the 78 Fitness who was very rude and unhelpful with our family and another and was even rude to the children. All other staff on site were amazing though so she was the exception.
