The house was perfect for our large group middle school dance team and adults attending a nearby competition! It was very clean upon arrival and Shine Villas was excellent at communicating with us throughout our needs. The pool and hot tub didn’t quite get warm enough to enjoy long term but there was a wave of winter weather so that’s understandable. I would highly recommend this rental and property management group!! A

Great space and clean. There is some wear and tear to the property, but nothing concerning. The only real issue we noted was the towels on the bed at check in were a little damp, after using the washing machine and dryer we noticed that the dryer defaults to damp dry. If you change the setting, it isn’t an issue.

Washer was broken and did not accommodate Pool was not heated nor running until I called x5 Bed linens had blood on them Appliances sparked and short circuited items on kitchen which left our food to spoil Communication with host was terrible

Great house for our large family to stay. We had a few minor issues come up while we stayed, and the host was very responsive. The one area that could have been better was the pool heat - we paid extra for it to be heated, but it didn’t feel like it was actually warm enough to be able to swim.

This house is beautiful. But the manager is unreasonable. My daughter stepped on a piece of glass in the swimming pool and we were blamed for it even though no one in our party took food or drinks around or near the pool. I was charged 516.00 for heating the pool that never got even warm. I also called twice about a colony of fire ants that was never addressed.

Everything was great. Perfect location for our work/family retreat. We enjoyed everything the resort had to offer.

This house was the perfect size for our group! We loved gathering around the large dining room table for meals, watching a movie together in the theater, and especially making use of the pool every day. The many bedrooms gave us the chance to relax and recharge on our own when we wanted some quiet time, too.The home’s view of the lake was beautiful, and we even spotted a few gators swimming by, which made the stay feel uniquely Florida. Its location was ideal—just about 25 minutes from Universal—making the drive to the parks easy and convenient. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus, letting us pack light and travel with ease.Overall, this house had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, and memorable stay. Highly recommend

Great space, everybody really enjoyed their stay!

We enjoyed our first family vacation on this property however, the sticks for the pool table was missing the tops so we couldn’t play pool(on major reason we chose this property); there wasn’t enough paper products for a weekend stay, and not enough cookware for cooking. Other than that we loved it there!

We loved this house! Perfect location and set up!

Everyone loved the house they wanted me to book again for next year at the same house but the dates weren’t available. The house was perfect for the amount of guests and more. There was a weird smell while going up the steps like mildew. The carpet was also stained and wet on the steps. The towels were stained and old. Curtains were stained. The toaster didn’t work. Scuff marks, holes and stains along walls. There’s no slide its in a closet. We took photos of the damage around the house but not the already stained towels. I was charged 61 dollars for 24 missing bath towels, two stained bath towels and a tiny black mark on a bed sheet. The cleaning lady arrived at 8am and sat outside of the house. We left exactly at 10am and she ran in the house as soon as I shut the door. Ran back out within 3 minutes as we were still loading to get a pen and pad. For the checkout process they want you to report any damage you have done while during your stay but not before if I would have known that before hand I probably would’ve reported how many towels and all stained towels.

Nice property, I would recommend for visitors to pack their own towels. The ones provided are very flimsy, worse than standard hotel towels. I would recommend the owners upgrade the kitchen utensils as well. They are pretty worn down if you plan to do any amount of cooking, food prep.

The place was so great. The kids had so much to do it rain one of our days and the kids still had so much fun. We celebrated my son sixth birthday and we will be returning.
