167 Colonnade: Fully updated Villa, Pool and Hot Tub, Gas Grills, Free Bikes

This unit was gorgeous. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. We had a quick mom daughter get away and it was the perfect place. We love Shipyard. Communication with the property managers was quick. Only downer was pool was closed during our time there because of a storm. We were counting on pool time. We are making this our new go to stay in Shipyard.

Condo was as advertised. condo was terrific, had everything needed for a nice relaxing stay at the beach. Really enjoyed the stay!

We loved the gorgeous views of the lagoon from the deck while having morning coffee. The location within Shipyard is private and quiet, with a short walk to the beach access. (We typically drove and parked, though, because of how much we cart to the beach!) The bedrooms are huge with plenty of closet and drawer space. The owners have done a wonderful job, clearly spending time and money to ensure their renters have anything needed. Probably the most surprising thing to me was a Dyson in the closet! I felt like I was at home! We used it several times to keep the floors free of sand. We would not hesitate to rent this beautiful condo again!

Loved having the bikes and while we didn’t use beach chairs they were of fine quality. We enjoyed the deck with shade, watching the animals, birds and even a deer one morning.
