The pool, tennis center, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay.     Nicely furnished and appointed. Very clean. Good location right across from the pool. Upstairs bathroom was small but overall very roomy for a one bedroom condo. Loved the place but a few suggestions:* better/more wine glasses*better broom to sweep all the leaves on back deck*full length mirror*larger TV

    First they didn’t have anything but two sets of full towels; smelled like bad fish in the condo but the location is great. Asked about leaving early bc of tropical storm and minor son was scared sent me a message and said take him to a movie. went to wash clothes and washer was full of sand first day. Other than rhar, location is great. definetly only a two adult condo. sofa bed is informative for anyone else. We ended up buying an air mattress for son.

    Property as described, huge kitchen and living space. Have never stayed with coastal carolina vacations before but we will definitely be using again.
