Only recommendation would be to upgrade the TVs for smart TVs instead of old flat screens with just cable; minimal costs but would make a big difference for families that want to stream movies/sports at night. Every other aspect of the house was updated with the exception of the TVs.

Very nice appliances. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach. Property was located right next to the pool which was a bonus! Had a minor, non urgent maintenance issue upon arrival, which was easy to report. Property management team was great to work with. We really enjoyed this property, our favorite we've ever stayed at on the island!! We will definitely be back!!

A quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked.

The walk to the beach was about .3 miles but our little guys did it every day without complaint. The path is completely shaded which made it more bearable in the July heat. So, we loved the location! Pool right out the back door. You did hear people in the pool at night but everyone was very respectful and the pool was empty by 10pm. I visited Publix and Harris teeter and would probably return to Harris Teeter. The rental was very well stocked. It met our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Lots of space for clothes, etc. Plenty of hangers. Having two tv spaces on the main level was great. Kid shows in one place during rest periods and golf for the men in the other space. We would definitely return here again and hope to do so maybe next year if it works out.

It was close to the beach (8 min walk or a very quick bike ride). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this condo unit.

We only experienced 2 minor issues - the A/C kept the upstairs way to cold and the beach is about a minimum of a 10 minute walk not 5 as stated but there is a shuttle service to take.

Property was in a great location in shipyard. Convenient to pool and path to the beach. Unit was clean for the most part. Back porch needed cleaning and upkeep. In all, a nice stay.

We had a great stay at 153 Beachwalk. The condo itself was clean and spacious for our group of 7. The kitchen was very well stocked and we never ran out of dishes or silverware. The AC worked great as well as the washer/dryer. The two decks were lovely for having meals outside. The best part of this condo by far is its location. It was right next to the bike path and the community pool… perfect for families with young kids especially if one has to nap.. you feel like you can still be close to the action and watch from afar. We hope to book our spring break at this condo again for next year!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It has great space and is very close to the beach. However, on this visit we had considerable construction noise. The banging and sawing begins at 7 nor 7:30 every week day and continues all day. The 4 units next door were burned down and are being reconstructed. This unit happens to be right in the middle of the construction. Otherwise, we love the place!
