This large three bedroom villa in the Fazio community has everything you'll need to make your next vacation special! Centrally located within Palmetto Dunes, you'll have three bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms with a wonderful view of the George Fazio Championship golf course.

On the first floor is a guest bedroom with two double beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest walk-in shower. You'll also find the large kitchen, which is well-stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal for the family. Complimenting the kitchen is the dining area with large dining table, comfortably seating six with bar seating for an additional two guests. Adjacent to these areas is the living room with sofa and loveseat, armchair and HDTV. A sliding door opens to your private deck with outdoor seating and a lovely view of the George Fazio golf course. Rounding out the first floor is the full size laundry with washer and dryer.

Upstairs you are greeted with the two remaining bedrooms, the primary suite and the second guest bedroom. The primary suite consists of a king bed, two-sink vanity and a nicely designed walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
