With a unique tropical open-plan style, this villa has an excellent design for your next tropical holiday. The lounge room opens directly onto the pool deck and there is direct visual access from the kitchen servery to the pool, great for families with small children.

The grounds offer complete privacy with a walled garden. The swimming pool is fully fenced and heated during the winter months. Capturing full sun all day, the outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The poolside patio is a perfect setting for alfresco dining and sunset drinks.

Spacious interiors provide a cool retreat from the tropical heat. Breezeways, ceiling fans, and landscaping features ensure a comfortable stay.

The villa has two king-size master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms that feature dual showers and practical layouts to cope with all beach and pool activities. The third bedroom has a King Bed (or 2 Singles) plus 2 upper bunks and has the use of a family-sized bathroom and separate toilet.

    This property is a perfect little oasis for a group of up to 8. We were three adults, and 4 kids ranging in age from 7-12. The house is well equipped, has a heated, deep pool and on the whole is clean and well maintained. The house is a short stroll from the bottom of Macrossan Street and a few minutes from the beach. The area was quiet and had no noisy neighbours. As it is one side of a duplex we occasionally had balls lobbed across the wall from kids on the other side, but we just turned this into a game ? We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this property and would stay there again. One suggestion is to provide plastic/melamine tableware and cups as the outside dining and pool area is concrete and things can easily break if dropped.

    Great pool for the kids, close to town and the beach and the kitchen and servery worked well for the chefs.
