The warm and inviting living room offers plenty of room for everyone to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy shared meals. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, this villa accommodates up to 13 guests, making it ideal for large families or multiple generations traveling together.

There are two luxurious bathrooms, and forthe little ones, a crib and highchair are provided. Children will have the time of their lives with the outdoor play area featuring swings and a slide, and the indoor game room with pool table, table football and a typical Dutch game; Shuffleboard — plenty of fun for all ages!

Outside, the spacious private grounds offer a peaceful environment where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace or take a dip in the heated swimming pool of 28 degrees or jacuzzi of 38 degrees. You can also play table tennis or jump at the trampoline. The villa’s central location makes it easy to explore Heerhugowaard, Alkmaar, or Amsterdam, and within just 20 minutes, you can reach the beach.

Please note: to maintain the serene atmosphere of this family-oriented retreat, loud music and the use of personal speakers or music boxes are not permitted, and quiet enjoyment is expected at all times. The swimming pool is open from the April until the last weekend of October.
