Absolutely perfect location. Right on the beach but can walk to shopping and restaurants. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this condo! Beach front, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Easy to access parking & codes. Security man was very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities and restaurants with good music within short walking distance.

The condo and location were beautiful. We did have an AC issue and the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We will be staying again in 2026 for sure.

Was just me n hubby. Perfect for 2 people. Location is awesome! Shopping and dining right across the street. Will definitely be back!!

It was a nice place but not much of a view being on the first floor.

Our host made the check in process very easy. We found the unit very well appointed, and appreciated little things like in unit laundry, and fine quality cookware. There is a domesticated large buck off the balcony, that many guests enjoy feeding. Pool is clean and convenient to the beach. Finally, the location cannot be beat in the heart of the action. Would certainly book again.

Very nice condo. Excellent location to everything. Ocean 100ft away the pool 50 ft away from condo very nice. William was outstanding with communication. We would definitely recommend the condo. We will be back. Thank you William

The location of the property to the beach and shopping/eating was great. Wish there had been assigned parking but we seemed to get close to our condo each day.

The room was spacious and was very clean along with some supplies to get started. The Balcony oceanfront was beautiful. Would stay again .

Condo was very clean and well equipped. Quiet environment but if your neighbors above are “heavy walkers” you will hear them. The bedroom is small. The queen size bed pretty much eats up the room. Our host William was very responsive. We had a couple of very minor issues and his response was impressive!

Had a wonderful week at our apartment at The Breakers. The view to the ocean was great. The rooms were nice and clean. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach and stores. The owner responded immediately and was very helpful.

Our stay was fantastic with a beautiful view of the dunes and ocean from the patio. Loved the entire facility, pool, location and security. Walking distance to anything you will need to stay the week. We will definitely be staying at this location in the future. The description of the place is spot on and we are thankful to have picked the perfect condo for our vacation. This place gets an A+ all the way!!

My husband and I had wonderful experience at the breakers. You absolutely cannot be the location. Just steps away from the beach. The area is very walkable. The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was nice. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer. The Condo is how it is described. Eddie was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect, condo, location and everything we needed!

We would like to thank Eddie for his hospitality. He was so attentive to our needs during our stay. He messaged us upon arrival to see if all was well. His place is perfect for a couples getaway. The bed was comfy and air conditioning really cool during hot August days. We loved the proximity to the beach and pool. First floor access from parking lot just outside of our door made unpacking/packing the car a cinch. You could not book with a nicer person than Eddie. You can confidently book with him knowing if you need any suggestions for area activities/restaurants or if a need arises during your stay he is cheerful to assist. Thank you Eddie for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Spent with week meeting up with friends and family; this rental was perfect! Great location to Coligny and the beach view was wonderful. Perfect space for one or two people. Owners helped with bike rental info and they were delivered right to the property. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great week! View was pretty! Very small unit but clean and exactly as described! Was fine for just the 2 of us! Owner is very nice and helpful! Gave 2 stars for location because its right at the public beach access. Beach area was extremely crowded every day all day. There's very limited parking for the villas that are supposed to be for only these units. Parking was full most of the time and if you moved your vehicle there was a very good chance you would not have a space when you returned. There's no overflow parking. Beach goers were using the parking. Renters seemed to have more than the 1 allowed vehicle. We only left twice all week due to worrying about having parking available. Because of the parking issue we will not return to this location.
