FREE AMENITY PASSES! This upgraded luxury king bedroom condo with covered deck is beachfront, oceanfront, with beach pools and restaurants and is dog friendly! Your condo is 6 steps to private access of Pelican Beach via your own boardwalk over dunes and sea oats: a mere seconds to sand, surf, sun and dolphins. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 babies under 2 years old. License # STR25-000112. You are welcome to come at NOON to pick up cards, vehicle pass and go to pools, beach and restaurants on theday of your arrival. Your condo will be cleaned and digitally open by 4PM, and we will text you if it`s ready sooner!

Enjoy FREE AMENITY CARDS you need to access Seabrook Island’s private resort pools, golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and country club facilities. Seabrook Island is `cash-less,` making amenity cards a necessity. To pre-order your cards, plus get “how-to” instructions with parking/gate pass and island entry information, complete the Seabrook Island Guest Registration sent to your email.

Your condo has a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin bed in an ottoman and another twin bed in the chair-and-a-half and a queen sized all night air mattress. Linens and limited bath and kitchen soaps are provided. Don`t forget to bring your beach towels! Beach chairs and umbrellas are already on the deck with your patio furniture. Enjoy 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. Enjoy heart of pine flooring, 2 smart TVs programmed for Netflix, Hulu and all local cable channels along with upgraded Wi-Fi with enhanced speed. The full kitchen includes Keurig and Mister Coffee machines, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms have hair dryers and sets of towels.

Complimentary Amenity Cards are included for your free access to Seabrook Island`s private club amenities including: all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, indoor pool, gym, 3 country club restaurants, marina, docks and shops, 2 golf courses, library, equestrian center and tennis and pickleball courts. Daily use of the gym and indoor pool costs $15/day and discounted packages are available. The amenity card has a refundable $15 deposit.

We accept dogs only under 35 lbs., but call if over for special breed consideration. The per pet fee is $175. Our white furniture is covered, but extra dog linens and crates are appreciated. This is a NO Smoking condo. Smokeless electric grill is provided as Seabrook Island does not allow using any grill, cooker or heating device heated by fire.

Please provide your email and phone number so that we may send you the Guest and Vehicle Registration forms for your electronic signature. Your $115 reservation fees include the vehicle parking pass for your entire stay.

    The beach(only steps away) from rental unit is perfect for sunsets and if you have pets. The main bedroom (bed) very comfortable!! The pass for the clubhouse and Osprey Cafe is amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

    Mary’s Pelican Watch condo was the perfect setting for our anniversary getaway. The space was clean, comfortable and well equipped well equipped The location provided easy access to a beautiful sparsely populated beach with breathtaking sunset views. The unit is also just a short walk to the Pelican Watch complex pools and restaurants/bars. Mary provided all the information we needed for smooth check-in and check-out. We are already contemplating our next visit.

    Great location if you want quick and easy access to the beach. Cozy home for a getaway and plan on being back in the future. Saw dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning from the deck!! I do wish we had information before booking on the status of amenities like the Seabrook restaurants and outdoor pools since that was one of the reasons I selected the property but they weren’t opening for the season until later in the week.

    What a wonderful place to stay. And the area has so much to offer (even late in December)! The villa has everything you need, is nicely appointed and super clean. The beaches were great for long walks, collecting shells, watching dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! Views of the water and sunset from the villa’s deck are spectacular! I would watch the dolphins from the deck while having my morning coffee. The villa and Seabrook Island are pet friendly with a lot of areas for walks. The grocery store and plenty of shops are close by and don’t miss a trip into Charleston. Mary was an amazing host - excellent communication, responds right away and she is so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or host! I am looking forward to a return visit.

    Unit has classic river views with beautiful sunsets with easy walk to the river. We brought our dog and found Seabrook to be very dog friendly. We will look at this space for the 2025 season.

    We had an amazing time staying in this condo at Seabrook Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the peaceful views from the balcony and enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pools and restaurants. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

    We stayed here for a week just myself and my husband while kids were at summer camp. Amazing location with stunning views. Everything you need in the apartment - great to have a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Beach towels not included but the owner did remind us to bring them. Added benefit of amenity access to the club facilities is super. We just loved the beach bar! We will return
