Great villa. Large inside with large TV, pool table and table football. Kitchen well equipped. Outside - pool lovely but jacuzzi is to die for !!! 20 mins to sandy beach, blue clear water, bars and restaurants. Living room air con not being coin operated. In such a classy villa - wasn’t expected.

A great clean, spacious villa that has everything you need! Outdoor seating spaces, bbq, pool & hot tub excellently done - fantastic! The kitchen a little dark so not ideal if you want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen!

All aspects of the property matched our expectations. Generally, very clean and tidy. Before our arrival, the property management team were very responsive to questions and during our stay the few minor issues we had were promptly dealt with. For example, there was a problem with an air conditioning unit but that was quickly responded to by the agent. The pool and outside facilities were excellent. The pool was always of a great temperature and not overly cold at all. The villa was very well kitted out to a high standard inside and out with quality furnishings and fittings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We only had a few minor concerns. One of the matresses was too soft and soiled on both sides. Pillows in other rooms were not as clean as they could have been, due to lack of pillow protectors. One of the mattresses had a plastic cover sheet which could make for less than a comfortable sleep. Other details that could readily be addressed. For example, the wardrobes were a bit dusty on the inside. WiFi signal was weak in some areas and we had to move to an alternative space sometimes to get an adequate signal. It would also have been useful to have been advised in advance on how to set the alarm on first entering the villa. We only had access to details when we had accessed the villa but the alarm had already been triggered. Towel rails (or hooks on doors) in the bathrooms would have been handy. We really enjoyed our time staying at this villa.

Spacious with everything you need for a family home from home villa. Good communication when we had some issues. Some areas of the Villa were a little dated and didnt work very well. Wardrobes, pool table could be updated or new cues, more cleaning products to keep villa clean throughout a stay, you cant use downstairs air con without it tripping pool heating. More communications of instructions of things such as paying for air con prior to arrival.

The facilities are great and everything is to hand. Everything is accessible and comfortable and nearby shop and taxi rank make getting around very straightforward. The owners are friendly and very helpful and we had a lovely break. The pool is heavily chlorinated, that is something to be aware of, and the sun umbrellas need to be replaced.

Location, location, location. Spotlessly clean, property is as represented in photos etc. Bottle of wine, beer and water in fridge a nice touch, but see areas of improvement for basics. Would recommend, but please address the improvement areas, will take rating from good to excellent, with little cost! Folks you have a fabulous property, but the penny pinching ruined it for us. One roll of loo paper in each toilet for a party of 7 for a week, really! One dishwasher tablet and one washing machine tablet, you were aware that two children under the age of four was in the group. One of your colleagues, Jayne called on the Sunday while we were out and kindly left a card. There were two issues that needed to be dealt with, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the child safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. We contacted her by WhatsApp regarding same and had no response by the time we left the property on Saturday......disappointing!

The accommodation is excellent. Very spacious and has everything needed to make a very relaxing holiday possible. The outside area is well developed and allowed everyone to enjoy sunbathing without feeling squashed. Thank you for looking after us so well again! The pool liner is ready for an upgrade. In the corners furthest from the steps it no longer cleans up white but remains yellow and dust sticks to it. A simpler fix, the lights round the pool are on from sunrise but off at sunset - been like it for two years and would never be reported as it never spoils a holiday but worth switching.

Villa Azure was a gorgeous villa for our family holiday. It had everything we needed here. I couldn't fault anything about this villa

The villa is really good, couple of minor issues were resolved quickly via a simple text message. Whilst perfect for my family its worth noting the villa is on 3 levels so could be challenging for those who cant handle steps easily.

The outside area were fantastic. We lived outside and liked the different spaces. The spa was great, loved using it. The villa was very spacious with good facilities. The location was also good, nice and peaceful but not far from amenities. Transport around playa blanca was so easy, plenty of buses, taxis and scooters to easily get around. Jayne and Jason were also so helpful, thank you to you both. The villa needs more wine glasses and sharper knives, if we want to be picky (didn't stop me drinking wine though ️). Kitchen lighting could be improved.
