Stayed Sep 14, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice .... it was clean ..... you get a small view of the ocean looking towards the right. The grounds were kept up very nice. Only BIG complaint was every morning at 8AM the blower would start up and last until about 9AM. Just the wrong time to do this ... I wanted to sit on the deck and have my coffee ... never could with constant loud noise. Not fault of the owner, just bad decision by the HOA board to do so early bothering all folks there daily. Had to sit inside until after 9AM. I think it's time for the carpeting to be changed, near the end of its life, pretty dirty from normal rental use.Overall, a great time. Bikes were a good plus too.
