Description

Through the bricked gated courtyard, and beyond the carved wooden door, is a vacation paradise waiting for you. This multi-level three bedroom villa sits spectacularly on the harbour, so close it feels you could almost touch the lighthouse.

The luxuriously appointed living room reveals this vista, certain to take your breath away. In a subtly nautical theme, this room is outfitted in hues of blue, cream and red and features a game table for four, a U-shaped sofa, TV and sliding glass doors which open to the deck. Reminiscent of the deck of a yacht, there is outdoor seating for six, from which leads a semi-circular staircase down to the marina itself.

Up a few more stairs inside and you are on the level which features the gourmet-quality kitchen, with thick stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table for four and another view of Calibogue Sound, seen from a different angle altogether. A neighboring dining area seats six, and both rooms have a stunning view of Harbour Town.

Again, up a few more steps to the next level is a lovely bedroom, which could easily be considered a master, with natural light, high ceilings and a king-sized bed. This room has deck access as well, and a private bath with stone flooring, double vanity, walk-in shower and cottage planked walls.

In hues of red, blue and gold, another bedroom houses twin beds plus a sleeper sofa, and features a TV and private bath with double vanity and a stone surround tub/shower combination.

Then, on the top floor is a spectacular master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a panoramic bird’s eye view of Harbour Town and the waters of Calibogue Sound beyond. The room also features a king-sized bed covered in a pale blue spread, plus there’s a TV, and spa-like private bath with corner tub, double vanity and walk-in shower. From this bedroom, there is a magnificent deck through sliding glass doors whose view completely captivates from this vantage point.

This is a singularly impressive villa for enjoying the best of Sea Pines: Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Racquet Club, the Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town swimming pool and of course, the beach, reached easily by trolley ride or on bike.
