There were a lot of places to sit outside. It would be nice if there were a few more sun-umbrella's. 2 umbrella's for 8 persons was a bit little.

What an incredible place!! We were blown away by just how spacious and comfortable this villa was. The beds were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped the BBQ and pizza oven were great. The pool was fabulous and the fact you could use it 24/7 made the holiday the jacuzzi was a real hit. It was a 15 min walk to either the supermarkets or the beach. We loved the fact their were toilets in many areas left f the beach so you could go for the day or walk into town without worrying about if you needed the loo. The sea is lovely and calm and great to swim in. The minibus arranged for us was on time and very organized the driver was lovely. The wifi was good but only in the kitchen area it would have been nice if it worked in the annex or pool area but it didn't cause a problem. Our only other suggestion would be an oven in the annex as one oven for 10 people wasn't enough and a kettle / cooking set there too. Also the oven needs more than 1 baking tray but these are very small issues and on the whole the villa was amazing. Be aware if you don't have a car you have to carry your rubbish/recycling down to the hotel facilities on the main road id do little and often whenever you go to the beach. We loved the avocado farm behind its incredible the amount of fruit they are growing it would have been lovely to see this in season. The views from the villa are stunning as well.

very well laid out property for all ages, annex perfect for separation of grandparents, couple of issues we had with annex was totally plagued with fruit flies 1000s, no kitchen item kettle etc, pools were perfect, as was all the grounds and views, would certainly go back

The service we received from Spain sun rentals was absolutely perfect they could not have been anymore helpfulfriendly they really do offer a 5* service I do not have any negative feedback for spainsunrentals.

In my opinion, the highlights of this villa were 1) the pool - it is big and mostly deep so you can do some proper swimming, with a shallower jacuzzi pool next to it. 2) the location - it's a bit a twisty road to get there but there is little traffic, however the advantage of that is that you have no neighbours overlooking you, it's quiet and in the middle of an avocado orchard - so relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa, plenty of space for our party of 5 children and 4 adults. We particularly enjoyed the space outside the villa (it is situated in the middle of an avocado farm) with loads of (enclosed) space for the children to explore, fruit trees (the lovely owner brought us some and gave us lots of helpful information), a large pool and brilliant smaller heated pool with jets which was perfect for the children (especially in late October when the main pool was a little chilly unless doing serious swimming), plus bbq and outdoor pizza oven which made for some great outdoor dining. The villa has a lovely Spanish feel to it, and had everything we needed. Some of the beds were a little firm (but that may be personal preference, and is fairly common in Spain) and the villa is quite a walk into Nerja (we did it a few times and it took around 50 minutes to get to the old town) so you definitely do need a car, but we knew that in advance. We would definitely recommend and thought it was great value for all the space. Mattresses on the double beds were quite uncomfortable (very hard) - but that may be personal preference!

The space in and around the house, the swimming pool and the terrace with bbq. Maybe some information in the house about the house, touristic places, shops and doctors and hospitals etc.

Stayed here with 2 family groups including teens and primary age. They all loved it, beach is 4 mins drive and mountains 10 mins. Very accessible and fantastic outside space. Pepe and the agents were super helpful and welcoming.
