The property was perfect for our family of 4! Very clean, great space, quiet and wooded property. We were there in November, so couldn't take advantage of the pool, but the location to it is perfect. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely look to stay here again!!

The house was nice and our kids loved the pool and the location was great. Judy Kelly was great, she responded quickly and that was greatly appreciated.The only complaint we had was the electrical! The light would flicker or shut off when we would cook and couldn’t have the lights on if we were doing laundry we did call maintenance and the guy said there wasn’t anything he could do about it.Other than that we love Hilton head and had a great time on our vacation.

The welcome office closed before we arrived leaving us with no welcome packet that included the access code for entry. After a 16 hour drive that was not ideal but the lady who issued the parking pass was extremely helpful and the villa owners were very apologetic and responded back to us directly after a short wait. We loved this villa for our vacation. It was perfect for our large family with 2.5 bathrooms. Loved the outside table, access to the pool and we grilled a few times. Having a washer and dryer was a must. The location was perfect and the beach access was a short walk and quick bike ride away. We visited the other side of the island and this area is just so much less crowded and quieter. We’d definitely stay here again. Anytime I reached out to the owners they were so responsive and we didn’t have any issues. It was clean and a well equipped kitchen.

If your looking for a nice quiet area close to the beach this is the place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Even before our arrival, the owner was in communication with us. She answered even the most basic questions we had and was so friendly and importantly, RESPONSIVE. We cannot thank you enough for providing our family with a safe, clean villa. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool was right out the back door and that was exciting for our children. The description states it’s a short walk to the beach and that is TRUE!. We were at the beach within 7-10 minutes max (even with being distracted by the beauty of the area). The walk was easy and the beach access was perfect. We had 8 people in our party and had places for everyone to sleep. We definitely recommend this property and if/when back in the area would chose this villa. Thank you!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we were blown away by how beautiful the place is. If you love southern charm, live oaks, Spanish moss, and palmetto trees, this is the place! Palmetto Dunes, the resort that this villa is located in is a sub-tropical paradise. It was wonderful riding bikes or walking through the well maintained landscapes. This particular unit was just as described, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying in this unit as a family, and we absolutely loved it—we already plan to visit again next summer!

After searching through many, many VRBO listings looking for a family friendly place to stay in Hilton Head, we came across this villa. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Great location- easy walk to the beach with our toddler in tow (10-15 mins). Close to everything there is to see and do in Hilton Head. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and living area were very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The pool was right outside our villa which was great and was never too loud. The area was very nice and quiet. We can’t wait to come and stay here again!

Nice location for our family to gather. We rented a total of 4 units in Water Oaks Villas. This unit being by the pool was ideal. There is a nice variety of activities on Hilton Head Island. We enjoyed long days at the beach, golf, day trips to Savannah and Beaufort and hanging out at the pool.

The property was fabulous. It’s in a great location, Was clean, beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you could ever want.

Water Oak is in a good location within PD. This particular villa was well furnished and well maintained. Property owner called me before visit and went over everything. It was great.
