1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 3rd Floor Oceanfront End Unit Condo with Amazing Views!!

Absolutely amazing property. The view was magnificent and Yes the property was immaculate. 10 out of 10. We will be staying in the exact unit in the future.

Palmetto dunes is always our first choice for a Hilton Head island vacation, and we have stayed at many of the condos along the beachfront over the past 20 years. 5301 Hampton is among the best. We initially thought the oblique view of the beach from the back of the condo unit would be a drawback, but it turned out to be one of our favorite features. The treed landscape was much quieter and more natural than the front views overlooking the pool, and there was no obstruction in looking at and listening to the ocean at night. The patio furniture was more comfortable and functional than found in most units, and we spent almost every night outside before bed. We like a firm mattress, and were not disappointed And slept well. The master shower worked well and had some custom shower heads with good water pressure. There was a weird fitting around what used to be the jacuzzi controls that had some mold.. The second shower was more cramped and a little awkward to keep the water from leaking onto ghe floor , but hey, it’s the second shower in a 1 BR unit, so just having it was a bonus. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but appliances and washer/dryer were all better than expected. Third floor location allowed us to skip the slow elevator except for carting luggage. All in all a superior condo and one of the best we have enjoyed on our annual Hilton Head excursions.

Perfect unit, perfect location,,,..clean, quiet, and great view. Will definitely be back!!!

Great time, Beautiful Condo!!

We have stayed at 5301 Hampton a few times and just a few comments (1) I think the owners need to buy some coasters for setting your drinks on while watching TV, they need to purchase more glasses for when you are having mixed drinks and they need to provide more coffee cups (2) the mattress needs to be replaced, it always felt like you were laying toward the floor. Other than these two comments the villa is one we like to rent and the view is absolutely fantastic.

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head. The condo that we rented was beautiful. We will be back in 2020.

We had a wonderful vacation here! What a beautiful condo! We loved the view and the decor. Thank you so much! We noticed on our last night that there must have been some condensation in one of the a/c vents (the one on family room wall over television) because there were some streaks on wall (they were dry) and a very small area where the paint had bubbled up. We don't recall seeing it upon check in. But, we aren't sure. We did call the office today to report it. We kept the a/c at 74-75 F during the day and at 73F at night. The A/C seemed to work very well. Thank you so much again! We hope to come back soon! Kimberly and Jim Wolpert

Loved the unit. The fridge took a few days to get cold after filling and the bottom was colder than top. Freezer was fine.
