GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    We had a great stay at this cabin in Brian Head and would absolutely recommend it. One of the biggest highlights is the location—it’s extremely close to the ski lifts, making it easy to come back to the cabin for lunch on ski days, and it’s also just minutes from the small-town amenities in Brian Head, which was very convenient.The layout of the cabin is especially well thought out for families. The kids were able to stay primarily downstairs while the adults had living space upstairs, but it never felt separated or disconnected. It struck a perfect balance between having some separation and still feeling like everyone was together.The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and eat in, which made the stay even more enjoyable and easy—especially after long days of skiing.Overall, this was a very comfortable, practical, and well-located cabin. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and family-friendly place to stay in Brian Head.

    Close to the resort, plenty of parking in the driveway. Host was accommodating and communicated well.A few broken items like a crock pot and the oven door but otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Room set up was perfect for large groups.

    We had a great stay with our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids.) Great communication from property manager. We did run out of hot water quickly after a day of skiing, but I think we may have missed a note on the water heater that would have helped solve this problem. Would definitely stay here again!

    The property and amenities were great. The owner had great communication and the rental had everything we needed to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the TVs were nice.
