• Main level features an open living, kitchen, and dining area with lake views, comfortable seating, TV, dining table for 8, and access to the screened porch
• Lower level offers a second living area with TV, wet bar, mini fridge, microwave, game and toy storage, and walkout access to the lower patio and dock

The dock is the heartbeat of Ripple Effect Retreat, with space to swim, lounge, launch the kayaks, float on the swim mat, or settle in around the dock firepit. Guests can enjoy a swim platform, swim ladder, dock seating, floaties, 2 kayaks, a 10' x 28' boat slip with no lift, and double PWC slip access. The zero-step path from the lower level to the dock makes it easy to move between the house, patio, and water throughout the day. With main-channel views and multiple outdoor seating areas, this property is made for full lake days from morning coffee to evening dock time.

Inside, Ripple Effect Retreat gives guests several places to gather without feeling crowded. The main level has an open living, kitchen, and dining area with lake views and access to the screened porch, while the lower level adds a second entertainment area with a wet bar, TV, game storage, mini fridge, and microwave. The detached suite is a major bonus, offering privacy, a kitchenette, work desk, lake view, and its own entrance. • Parking is available for approximately 5 vehicles, with 2 spaces on street level, 1 flat driveway space, and 2–3 spaces on the sloped driveway/boat ramp area
• A small boat, PWC, or ATV trailer may fit on the driveway/ramp area
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
