Zen Villa | Pool, Hot Tub & Peaceful Waterfront Fun for the Whole Family

Home could use some updates. Nice house. Good layout and location.

The property and the location were spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood but still convenient to the places we visited. The home was very clean as was the pool and hot tub area. Very impressed with the property and we will definitely keep this one in mind for a return trip.

Zen Villa is in a beautiful safe-feeling neighborhood. The house is bright and spacious. Good storage. The bedrooms could each use a chair. The lower platform on the water is very nice to spend time. Do not expect the pool/hot tub to function as pictured.

Property was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family (my wife and I, plus adult sons). Nice to have full size beds in all rooms and with each room having own bathroom.The location is out a ways, but is worth couple extra minutes for the very quiet neighborhood. The canal view was great and very pleasant. The pool and especially the hot tub were enjoyed everyday of our 2 week stay! Cheers!

The home was located in a great neighborhood, very quiet with minimum traffic and easy access to restaurants, etc. The home was very clean and ample cookware and plates, etc. The major concern was that the home was advertised as having a heated pool and hot tub. This, however, did NOT hold true. Although the weather started out a little cool, it quickly warmed up but the heater for the pool and spa was never able to warm the water enough to use the pool. We asked about how to heat the hot tub so we could use it but were told NOT to touch anything. A member of the management team came out and set the tub to heat and run for us (very inconvenient). By the time the tub heated enough to get in it, most of the water had evaporated. A new switch was finally installed for the hot tub but we were only able to use it for the last three days we were there. That being said, everything else about the house was very nice.
